Evey time I come here they have me pull up. And I get told if I don't pull up I won't get my food is a joke. Because they are on a timer. That's not the customers fault your company says things are to be done in a certain time frame and u can't get it done in time. How you get paid 15$ hr idk.
We always use the drive thru. Their food is pretty good for a fast food place. If you have a craving for a shake, it's the only place to go. Best deal and size as well as flavors compared to other fast food places.
Great experience here today. Nikki was my cashier and she did a wonderful job; friendly and helpful. My to-go order was packed with care, food was great and fresh. Will definitely be back soon!
I go there a couple times a week that help is really friendly Young folks and they are really knowledgeable and always polite I enjoy the food and I will definitely be back on a regular basis
The ladies that work here at night are some of the sweetest and most professional gals ever! They go above and beyond in soamy ways when we come, speed, friendliness, even engaging my young daughter who absolutely adores the young lady who works the window at night. I wish I knew anyone's names so I could give them all proper credit but thanks so much all of you for making a simple fast food experience into something really nice.
First time in awhile I have gotten great customer service. They gave me the wrong sandwich and ran after my car while in the turning lane. I told the guy that I was fine with the wrong sandwich and by the time we were done talking the other employee had a new, correct sandwich for me in the turning lane still!
Arby's is a bit expensive price's have gone up but that's pretty much everywhere you go now. Food is decent, there curly fries are the best with the cheese sauce cup on the side.
Was pleasantly surprised at the young manager with green hair. I heard him telling his staff how much he appreciated 1 of his workers for staying over. Good customer service at this Arby's. Keep it up!!
Went to get some shakes. The mint chocolate shakes were great. The service was quick and friendly and the shake machine actually works! Shoutout to Raziel and the evening crew for the fast and friendly service.
Got the crispy fish sandwiches. They were right out of the frier. Excellent flavor and patty was good sized. Love their tartar sauce. A good deal: 2 for $6.
