Alvin was a great waiter! The 2 for $24 is a great deal and the $5 drinks are amazing! Will definitely be coming back.
They were closing lobby, manager quite rudely pointed this out stating didn't you read the sign. Became much nicer when we told her we were there for take out. Bartender made up for her rudeness. So nice and polite. Food good, but lids not on tight, so I lost most of the onions and mushrooms I paid more for. Overall would recommend
Went to this place yesterday… 30 minute wait for two people… no servers… short staffed, no cooks…. Waited over 40 minutes…. One of the black young servers (4/30/22) was wearing his pants half way down from his back waist… you could see his underwear and butt…. Pants sagging all the way!!! This was too much … how can a manager allow this in a restaurant? We walked out!!! Applebees has always been my favorite place to eat …. This place needs management attention… 1 star experience for sure!!!
Haven't been to Applebee's in years and never been to this location. We were skeptical but very pleasantly surprised. Our server was great and the food satisfied everyone in our party.
Just ordered three cheese penne with chicken and the new pasta and broccoli bowl with chicken. Both of our meals were mediocre. Chicken was like rubber in both.
Worst experience at Applebee's ever order shrimp and steak shrimp was raw manager put in a new order for us then we got three recipe and they tried to charge us for it until we brought it to their attention then they took it off our bill. Not only that vut took us 45 minutes to be seated when there was hardly anyone in there. Employees just kept walking by and not acknowledging us.
The quality of food is low i now get the bone in chicken wings. Its in the neighborhood close to home so we go there to get out the house have a drink and relax. I just don't like the menu no stand out delicious type dishes on menu.
I order online sometimes, I also dine in I get that it's hard to keep people and have a decent amount of workers at times but waiting over 1 hr to get food and over 20 min to get 2 simple mucho drinks is just mind blowing to me from my understanding the mucho drinks are pre-made literally just pour and go so why does it take 25 min yes 1 bartender and maybe 3 waitresses at this location at most so why over seat people. Seems to be a management thing idk but probably won't come here again until thimfs start getting better. Maybe pay needs to go up so people will actually want to work here idk just speculating either way I'm done coming here for a while.
They didn't put my burger on a bun when I ordered through a courier service. Had to use white bread.
Went to Applebee's today and had Lizeth as our waiter. She did an amazing job and was very nice! Great service!
