We booked Amethyst Bee Cakery for our wedding in June. Unfortunately, our cake was ruined right before our ceremony started (by no fault of the bakery). Paula gave us a full refund and made us a cake that we got to enjoy after returning from our honeymoon. We really appreciated her response to the situation and, regardless, their cakes are delicious and an amazing option for those with dietary restrictions.
Paula did an amazing job overall. Communication was spot on, she replied back in a timely manner, the cake was amazing (the right is the inspo and the left is my cake) the cake is not too sweet and neither is the buttercream, it’s just the right amount of both. Most definitely recommend and will definitely go to her again for my baking needs
I was beyond impressed with a custom “space theme” cake that they made for my son’s 1st birthday. Easy communication via DMs and phone. I really love that they do not use fondant and that you are eating the buttercream directly. It is even more impressive that the cake looks so beautiful with no fondant over it. Will definitely be using them for all my cake needs and highly recommend!

My fiance and I sampled some of these cupcakes when searching for a baker for our wedding cake and they are delicious! I love the unusual flavors. Paula has been my contact person and she's been amazing! She's been super accomodating, very reasonably priced, and such a pleasure to work with. We are very much looking forward to having her and the Amethyst Bee team make our cake for the big day!
Amethyst Bee did such a great job at communicating from the start. I got these for a 30th birthday and they were a hit! They were exactly what I had in mind and delicious!

Paula does a great job taking someones vision to life in a fun and beautiful way. The design work is beautiful and the cake is DELICIOUS. Their Lavender Blueberry cake with lemon curd is my personal favorite!

The cake was beautiful and tasted even better than it looked. They designed it on short notice with minimal description but were somehow able to create exactly what I wanted & more. White cake with lemon curd & raspberry filling & buttercream icing was delish! We will definitely be ordering again.
