Part of the bun was hard,burger wasn't very warm,wife's baked potato was Luke warm and bathroom had a light out and was dirty and I normally like wendys
The crew is friendly and helpful but they do need a little help in the register area there is to many people that can't add 2 and 2 but all in all a great place to go and enjoy a burger and some bomb fries
I asked for a bacon double stack. It literally shows right on their menu and I order it once a week or more (my toddler loves their nuggets). She told me she didn't know what that was but they have a JBC. I'm like what is a JBC? She repeated, "a JBC". I said as long as it's a double burger with just cheese and bacon, that's fine. She then asked if I wanted pickles. I said no thanks, plain with just cheese and bacon. She then asked if I wanted onion. Then mustard. Then ketchup. Then pickles AGAIN.I asked for my son's cheeseburger to be plain, just cheese, and it had everything on it. I asked for apple slices, they gave us fries. I asked for the receipt and she told me it wouldn't print. I will never go to the Wendy's again, and this is just my food complaint, not to mention other things.
I just got food from here and I got a simple crispy chicken sandwich. Got 2. And BOTH the chicken Pattie’s were hard as rocks. Very unhappy!
Used to love wendys however stay FAR AWAY from this location. I got chicken nuggets that sat in a warmer for so long I got food poisoning and I only ate 2 out of 10. Cold hard French fries. Chicken sandwich also questionable the only decent thing was my husband's burger. Steer clear of this location. I'm not sure what happened after ya moved to the other side of the highway buy you are going to go out of business being across the street from culvers who gives fresh amazing food EVERY time ya order. Do better folks. People pay to eat this and you got me physically sick.
I really like the fabulous deals they have! 4 for $5! BOGO FREE Chili. The fries are excellent when they are nice and hot!
The drive thur line had a 10 min wait with only 1 car ahead of us. After getting our food the frys where cold and salty and the nuggets was not better
Always clean. Always friendly staff. Most all of the time order is correct, I'm not going to be a jerk, the times that order has not been correct it is typically very busy and I do understand things get clustered when systems are overwhelmed. I have almost nothing negative to say, they get you in and out as soon as they can, and they do a pretty good job of it.
Wendy's has shown a huge improvement in speed, quality, and customer service. Very good fast food restaurant.
Good Food, Friendly Staff, Fast Service, Reasonably Priced, Especially the New Breakfast Biscuit Sandwichs!!
