The worst Location . The staff are so rude !!! Specially the one girl with the glasses !!! In every other location they give side that is included when u buy wraps or bowl but this one they yelled at me that i have to pay for included side that it's writen on the board already included choice of side . So rude . Will never go back !!!!I don't really understand how people like this rude can work in public . Very a shame !!
Went there today to get a jerk chicken wrap and a smoothie, the ordering was fine. Smoothie was good. The wrap was all wrong. I asked for NO Pineapple salsa as I am allergic to pineapple, I tried to call the store because I was already gone before I attempted to eat and no answer. Called 3-4 times. Very disappointed. Glad I noticed the pineapple before I took a bight. Very unsafe.
I ordered a wrap and they left out the tomatoes, hummus, and Caesar dressing. Also forgot the hummus on another wrap. I didn't end up eating it because it was so bland. They put my online order on the door dash shelf, so I ended up sitting there for 25 minutes before asking about it. Ive gotten bad tasting smoothies from here before too.
Very disappointed with how the veggie Hummus wrap was made as it had chicken added. I really do not like chicken from here and wanted to stay away from it. Just double check what you buy
This is a great fast food option that can be healthy by removing turbinoids (sugar) from the smoothies or by ordering the detox island green which has no added sugar!
i would give it a review of zero if i didn’t get the prepackaged chips that they didn’t make. my boyfriend and i got a supergreen chicken caesar wrap and an avocado grilled cheese. the wrap didn’t come with any caesar dressing on it at all, and tasted like nail polish. the cheese on the grilled cheese wasn’t even melted a little bit. very disappointed in the harvey street location.
Hit or miss if they will open on time. On Easter there are people working but no sign in the window as to when they open. The app will take orders but the door is locked. According to the app and google maps they were supposed to open at 10. Right now it is 1105.
i ordered 1 chicken chicken quesadilla and they rung me up for 3(after i asked for a refund they said it would show up on my card in 3 days and i have yet to see my money 3 months later)
Ordered a shake online before work,I ordered pineapple, strawberry, banana, with Oj and blueberries.They added peanut butter to my smoothie. Absolutely disgusting mix.It’s a good thing I tested it before my BF did because he’s allergic to PB. That could of been even worse. Not to impressed with the quality of the smoothie.
I ordered online as both Google and the TSC app stated they opened at 8:00AM. I arrived at 8:30 AM to pick up my already paid for order to find them closed. Now 2 weeks later, I still have not received my refund that I have requested multiple times: 3 calls to the store and 2 requests via the TSC app. I do NOT recommend using this location.Edit:I have request a refund 3 times on the app, not even an auto reply that they received my request. Each time I was told my request was submitted.
