I truly hope the Taco Bell overlords value the crew they have working during the lunch shift.Every time I come here (once a week), They are consistently fast, friendly, and efficient. That drive thru line may look long, but dang it moves quick.Living in Grand Rapids, home of the infamous MI St TB, this is a blessing. A Diamond in the Taco Bell rough.I don’t like to mention employees by name in reviews, but Felicia is a gem and should be treasured and compensated beyond measure. She deserves 8 weeks of paid vacation. No joke. Treat your employees well at this location Tbell. They’re worth it.Can’t speak for the dinner crew.
Food is good. Unfortunately I missed my child's first steps and highschool graduation while waiting in the drive through line.
Really nice place. One item was wrong with our order but they corrected it right away. Not only was it corrected but they said we could just keep the other item.
The people working here act like they've been your best friend since kindergarten! Eating out can be frustrating when there's multiple people to please, but not here.. they're just really nice. Forgot what pops they offer? No biggie. Here's all 10 listed to ya with a smile. Can't decide if you would like hot or mild sauce? Have both!Great work to the employees and management of this location, it's obvious everyone pulls together as a team here!

Met with friends for breakfast. I like there bacon crunch wrap. Good coffee also.

My favorites are the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Nachos Bell Grande. On my crunchwrap I substitute guacamole for the sour cream. I like it better plus it is a healthy fat. They are always happy to do it for me!
I have frequented quite a few Taco Bell’s in several states/regions because it’s a consistently affordable and quick way to quell a craving for Mexican food. Of all the locations I’ve tried, the Grand Haven location stands so far apart in service and care that it is scarcely comparable to the rest of the chain. Everyone is polite and efficient, and the food is always fresh and well constructed. They really do a great job.
What can I say about the grand haven taco bell hmmmm best around. Always friendly fast service.
