Wasted my time making me a cold drink instead of a hot one. Didn't tell me until after it was made they were unable to do hot beverages. I mentioned they should have a sign if they fail to mention that and was rudely pointed to a promotion sign that nobody ever looks at stating no hot drinks. Put that sign by the checkout. Not on a promotional blackboard on the freaking ground.
Waited in for ten minutes, nobody in front of me. When I got up to the counter they said their register was down!!! ??? I walked away!!!
