This place has some of the best burgers in town. The prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly. The steak sandwich was a bit wet (from the meat juice I am guessing), but still If you are in thevarea looking for a quick place to eat, I would recommend this place.
Ordered the Chicago style hot dog, the Italian beef with sweet and hot peppers and then the potato salad. Everything was delicious!! The Italian beef was full of flavor and the hotdog was a straight up classic. The sleeper surprise for me was the potato salad... This is a must order. Creamy and delicious it's possibly the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and fast on our visit. Stop in and treat yourself to Stacks!!!!
Get the beef with sweet and hot peppers!! Can't go wrong!! also Chicago dog is on point.. flat top cheese burger is best in town!!

The Team at Stacks is Legitimate Chicago - period. I was referred here by another restaurant in Grand Haven after I had other “Chicago” style eats - specifically Chicago Hot Dogs and Italian Beef. Both were perfection. These folks are perfect with Vienna Beef. They use real S.Rosens Poppy Seed Buns - others use knock offs. They use Turano Bread from Berwyn, IL also - truly legit. The Gardinierre and Sweet Peppers are sublime. Anyone who has ever lived in Chicago will testify that this is perfection. Absolutely my favorite go to in all of Michigan!
This place hits hard! Love the food, service is great. A local treasure. I've driven by here so many times before stopping in. I'm glad I finally have! Great burger! Great onion rings!
Stack's is locally owned and takes a lot of pride in the quality of their food and service. I love their Chicago dogs with the sesame buns and root beer floats. Their french fries are crispy and yummy. They have other sandwiches that look great too; but I always choose their Chicago dogs.
Italian sausage caramelized onions so good. Can't wait to go back. Get one every time I'm in town. Thank you thank you thank you great job
