Will never go here again, apparently the new personnel don’t know the difference between thin crust dough and regular crust dough! My pizza has been jacked up for the second time whereas it didn’t taste right and I didn’t feel like driving back to the location to get it replaced; They’re pizza’s are not good anymore and the new personnel will ruin your pizza! I give up on this place, I spent 27.00 dollars just to get home and put it in the oven and it’s ruined!
Great way to get different crust choices and toppings -- take home to bake yourself when ready to eat.
Very friendly and understanding staff. Makes your order fast. Pizzas are good and are covered very well with toppings of your choice.
The guy behind the counter was cool but just go to a take out pizza place other than here where your pie will already be cooked when you take it home. I paid for the pizza, then drove home to turn on the oven to cook what I bought... makes no sense. The cooked pizza is ok, not great.
Placed an online order and 12:05 was the pickup time. When I came in I did not see my pizza order on the rack. I asked the employee about it and it wasn't even ready. Told me to wait in my car and he would bring it out. Then he only brought out half my order..I told him I also ordered two mini murphs. My son has somewhere to go so I was hoping to get it on time. Not a good experience

Pizza didn't even cover the cardboard tray it was on. Was mostly dough, only had toppings in the center. Very disappointing.
We've been coming to this Papa Murphy's for years now. Have always been happy. I started ordering with the app and find it not only difficult to use, but the last two times I've ordered, the pizza is made wrong... The receipt is correct, so I know I ordered it correctly, but the kids making the pizzas are just not paying attention. I never had this type of issue in the past when you had some nice young women running the kitchen. I brought my pizza back today to get it corrected. The boys made a new pizza, but never acknowledged the mistake and no apology! Bring back the old crew!!!
