Your pizza is amazing I ordered for the first time last Friday because you where the only ones open after 10. Was very happy with it accept for one thing. Maybe just bad luck but just about all all my banana peppers where end cuts. I was a bit disappointed only because your pizza is on the up side of cost. Other than that nothing bad to say. Just keep a eye when prepping your veggies. Keep out ends.
I call at 9pm and ask what time they take deliveries until. They tell me 12.30am. I call at 12.20am and request a delivery.They consult someone else in the pizzeria and come back and tell me they aren't taking more deliveries. (Who did they ask, why is it arbitrary?)Well I guess the original answer wasn't accurate and now I'm hungry. Good business practices!I'm not just a complainer, let me offer solutions:-When someone calls and ask the question i ask, offer to take their order with a scheduled delivery later in the evening-Tell the customer that it's normally 12.30, but this fluctuate by the volume of orders and its best to order by xx:xx to ensure your order will be deliveredIf you need more business ideas please reach out.1.07am updateDecided to order carry out. This stuff is gross. Crust tastes like Dijornio. Ate the toppings only as you can see in the picture. Read other reviews. People who know pizza know this is garbage.
People rave about this place, and ive never eaten there so we stopped in. I dont know what in the world was going through peoples heads when they gave this place five stars. If youve been living under a rock, this is 3 stars tops. When $31 gets you a pizza, a bread, and 6 wings, it better be good. However, everything that we had here tasted like it came from sysco bulk food. The bread was stale by the time we got home and had zero garlic flavor, the pizza wasnt even sliced, and the wings which are basically $1/apiece were fatty and gristly and tasted like they came out of a bag frozen, which i assume they were. Overall, this food tasted like it would keep OLD WHITE PEOPLE very happy. If i wasnt 25 minutes away, i would have gone back for a refund. Very very disappointing, will not be back.
My favorite pizza ...i give it a 9 out of 10....got to leave room for the best pizza ever that i have not had yet lol...good pizza
Horrible customer service! This pizza is not what I ordered… every time I try to give the grand haven scribs a chance they do not complete the order or make the pizza as requested. I miss the Muskegon Mr Scribs. Their pizza is better and the customer service is superior.
Just ordered a pizza sub and some cream cheese jalapeno poppers and wow what a disappointment. They have very weird sausage that apparently comes in large patties that are very thin and apparently very crunchy because mine had the consistency of peanut brittle in some spots while not looking burnt in the slightest. I was basically served the world's thinnest hockey puck making the sandwich inedible and also not that it really matters but I was given a ranch dipping sauce for those poppers. With the prices they charge I was expecting premium toppings. And instead I was given something I can't even eat. They obviously don't care so why should you

Love, love, love me some Scribb's Deluxe. Best sausage! Drive thru and parking situation sucks. They need to adapt to curbside. Besides that, best pizza in town.
always a good Pizza.Have been going to this place since I was a teenager, now Senior citizens. tell everyone you want a good pizza get a Scribs pizza.and on the menu are dinners and other items also good tasting.Make your day after 4:00 get a Scribs.
This is his favorite pizza place on the Lakeshore. He says that there is no better pizza... I like a place north of here better, but their pizza is pretty great. Hot, wait worthy, but the wait is not so long, great toppings, friendly staff... We got back on the regular to supply his pizza cravings.
