Staying next door on vacation. Walked through drive thru for food. Refused to serve us because we were not in a car, really??! What does it matter??? Disappointed
We went inside which was clean, but they treated our food like trash. My big Mac had no lettuce the sauce was at the bottom of the container. Asked for no pickle and there was one on the sandwich. Stated ”dinning in” but food looked like it was just dumped in a bag. Will not be back.
Hard to imagine people who complain that they don't make enough money, so they demand that they should be paid 15 bucks an hour. Yet this is what was handed to me last night.Looks like they dumped grease into my bag.
This location has really gone downhill. Waited forever in the drive through only to be handed a bag with most of the food dumped out into the bag. Went in to get new food and the restaurant inside was filthy and there were numerous employees standing around. ?
Will probably not go back here. We ordered a 20 peice nugget meal and a 6 peice happy meal meal.They forgot to give me my husband's drink and they also forgot my sons chocolate milk with his meal, and there was no toy in the happy meal.Fries were like half full.They mightve been training new people idk. But bad customer service.Didn't realize it until I got home I should've checked the bag before I left.I understand being fast but don't forget stuff that people paid for.
Everytime I get hash browns they smell and tastes like fish. I really hope they arent using the same oil that they used to fry their fish fillets. Thank god theres a Mcdonalds in Spring lake thats like 5-10 mins from the other mcdonalds. Its worth the drive if u live in Grandhaven.
We went at like 10 at night and expected just a normal McDonald’s meal but we pulled up and got the greatest customer service and the guy who I think was the manager thought we waited for to long and gave us a free meal coupon so it was a very good experience also the nuggets were perfect.
Ok im letting the secret out of the ag. Not a fab of any mcdonalds i have ever been to. Now i know some of u will hate me for this but the food is no lo ger worth the price. They preety much made the dollar menu and they dont even have one anymore. Mcdonalds is mcdonalds. If you been to one you preety much been to them all. Withthe exceptuon of a few special ones out there that look preety cool. Ut you wont find one anywete around here
Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. Instead of bacon they decided to put yesterday's burnt fryer scrapings. Don't order from here unless you want carcinogens on your meal. Props for including extra napkins in the bag though, for wiping up the vomit that would likely result if I ate this burger.This is just one experience I guess, but I have a hard time imagining how you could accidentally put charcoal on a burger. Smelled like burnt garbage as soon as it entered the car.
This drive through is always super fast! I usually stop in here before work for a quick cheap meal. It's one of the few places where you can still get piping hot and fresh fries. Definitely my favorite mcdonald's between Muskegon and grandhaven.
