First time at this establishment...and probably the last. Ordered my food at 8:13 and was told 25-30 minutes. Got there a little early and payed for my order and waited. At 8:47 I saw my 2 grinders come up. They were boxed and put under the heat lamp. At 8:53 my cheese sticks came up and went with my 2 grinders under a different heat lamp facing the front counter. There had been multiple people waiting before me who had their name called when their food was up and were immediately able to leave with hot, fresh food. The young lady who was up front (mind you she took my name and payment when I arrived) clearly had more important things to do at the time closing the restaurant instead of helping the customer's. Finally at 9:03 I finally asked for my food and received it after standing and staring at it for 10 minutes with ne help. Pretty disappointing as I really love the mancinos in Holland but recently moved to the area.

Food is good but on the higher side price wise and delivery is way slow....waited over 2 hours for 3 items
Talk about a well-oiled machine! Even though it takes time to get your order out to you on a busy Friday night, you know right away it's not the fault of any the workers! Every single person working was on the go and getting things done as fast and efficiently as possible. I did not call ahead so my order obviously took a while, but it was amazing to see everyone working together. Twice I had workers approach to make sure my order wasn't skipped and update me on an ETA.You guys rock! Keep up the amazing work

This place is AMAZING! This is the burning beef, full size. Very nice balance of toppings and the bread alone is worth it. Very light and with a perfect little crisp. No other sub/ grinder shop will top their quality. I'm hooked.
Ugly Stix and a pizza grinder are excellent... Great friendly service too ?
Bread wasn't as thick as the Grand Rapids, DeWitt or St John's locations.Still delicious though.
