This review is not for cleanliness, service or anything else but food. The worst food we have ever had at restaurants we've eaten in USA and around the world.The lamb chops were the smallest I've ever had, the toughest (rubbery) meat I've ever received at a restaurant and the entire dish was all together not tasty at all and about a half cup in volume.The steak on the surf and turf risotto was even worst on texture and taste than the lamb chops. The risotto was tasteless and we couldn't eat it.The kids all went with chicken nuggets and fries.Even the kids complained about the chicken nuggets and fries and did not liked them.Seriously, there should be legislation about how bad the food can be, for being sold at a restaurant.Two adults and three children (no alcoholic beverages on the order), paid for the food the price of about 10 large pizzas, spent over an hour in line to be seated and to be served and left the restaurant to find something to eat.BTW, none of us are picky eaters.Shame on you for serving such a low quality food for such a cost.
We went to Long Road Distillery on a Monday night and had great experience. We were promptly seated on the outdoor patio. For starters we got the mediterranean platter. For dinner, I got their burger and a side or Brussels. It was so delicious! My husband got the Mahi Mahi which was served with this delicious pineapple salsa Verde sauce. It tasted phenomenal! Although both meals tasted delicious, I must say I favored my husband's meal more. For drinks, my husband order a Bourbon flight which came with 3 different types of Bourbon. He loved the smoked Bourbon. I got the Aurora drink and it was good. They also have a truck outside the restaurant where you can get drinks while waiting to be seated.If there is a few tips I would share:Go on a weeknight as they have limited seating. I could see people having a hard time getting a table on a weekend. Second, get the Mahi Mahi.

Horrible experience! We sat and waited... air temp water was brought to our table with 4 empty cups.. no ice! The waitress finally came and we ordered an appetizer and our food at the same time. Appetizer came- no napkins or plates.. just set it on the table. We had to ask for drinks, other than water..Our waitress was in space... because she clearly wasn't tending to our table... our food came and the fries were all cold, probably because she left our food sitting before she brought it to the table! She was off somewhere, came back to check 'hows everything tasting' and our drinks were empty... never asked if we would like another drink. I had to ask for a refill... to be told 'refills are not free'.. OKAY, we didn't ask that! The entire experience was very uncomfortable and I will NEVER go back!
Bad service. Long wait when we could see empty tables, slow kitchen, inability to do effective substitutions/customizations, out of stock on more than one cocktail, food was only ok and not cheap by any means…just an all around disappointing experience. Nice area to sit outside and the staff was polite, just not good. No apology or anything for long waits or forgotten items.
Hot day, sitting in the streetside; food wasn't worth the prices and water was luke warm when it arrived at the outside table; no ice, no cold water provided.
Excellent farm to table menu (I had the Whitefish and chips). Spirits (using all Michigan ingredients)were amazing.I had the botanical flight and a taste of Absinthe. Just wow.
Drinks are amazing, service, not stellar. Waited 15 min for our waitress, once our order was brought out to us we were told that the item was not on the menu so without informing us they just brought a different sandwich..? The food was good but again the servers have no communication, bc my bill was lost and was brought someone else’s receipt.
