Went through the drive through and the young man working the window was digging in his nose as well as blowing snot on his wrist. I called and informed the manager who was extremely rude to me and basically said there wasn't anything she could do and that she did not believe me. She also proceeded to harass me an call my cellphone multiple times. I will never return due to the unsanitary environment this manager allows in her restaurant and for her unprofessional behavior.
So, I just got back to my place of work. I ordered the large meal box. Open it up, and instead of actual chicken, it was all chicken strips. I know places in Grand Haven are struggling to find workers. But this is sad. At least check while they are being trained that the right items are put in an order.
Tried to call first and whoever answered the phone was rather rude telling me to hurry up because she was busy. When we got there about 20 minutes later there were only our car and one other. The app totally sucks saying it can't find a KFC in Grand Haven even though we've had it for years.
Friday March 18th at 7:50pm I went through the drive-thru. Squawk Box recording set they were close but then a worker came out and said they were open. Ordered a number 11 and I expected my fries to be old and or cold but I did not expect the tenders to be hard as if they've been sitting around for a couple hours. Jeez.
need to work on order accuracy and make sure there's a receipt given. our regular $23 family meal jumped up to $37 by adding a small popcorn chicken. I called as soon as he brought it home but no answer. Frustrated, to say the very least.

Consistently pretty good. Their food hasn't been stunningly good but I've also never gotten bad food here. The consistency is appreciated. Sometimes the staff seem less than happy but they are still always polite and that's all anyone can really ask for.Definitely recommend when you have a hankering for chicken.
Food was good, service was prompt but don't look for any personality in the drive thru. We tried to encourage pleasantries, but got shutdown. Maybe she was having a bad day.
I was a bit disappointed with the famous bowl this time. Usually they have more gravy, but for some reason there was hardly any this time.
Bought a 10 piece bucket and one large Cole slaw (last Saturday) and was charged 24 + dollars. Seems a bit excessive, right?
