rude employees. would not talk to you. ordered online pick up time was 5:45. Got there at 5:55. still not ready only employees were in the building no customers!! they made them and tossed them at me. I ask if they would bag them. they said no you can. I will go out of my way to find another Jimmy John's before returning to this one!!
Jimmy John's by far offers the best vegetarian sandwich around. I have tried many places like Jersey Mike's and Subway, but they just can't compare to Jimmy John's. Not only that but Jimmy John's is "freaky fast" litarly. I will be ordering my order and it's done by the time I walk to get it. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean.
They have a store in Grand Haven but won't deliver to Grand Haven Township. How sad. How disappointing.
You are a huge franchise and you can not even keep up on Google my business hours? It states you are open til 11 PM in Grand Haven MI...Figure it out. I guarantee I am not the first one who let you know about this.
#9 no onions(they're white, not sweet), no oil and vinegar(why is this a thing?!), no mayo, add avocado spread.. Jalapeño chips and tea. Chips and drink are the only thing I've ever changed, except for making it an unwhich.

Twice in a row can’t get the order right. When I told the girl as she was making the sandwich that the order was wrong she never apologized or even said she fixed it. Terrible service and even worse workers. It’s not rocket science- it’s a sandwich!
Simple and fresh, load it up with extra veggies.
They forgot my roast beef on my wrap :( the other sandwiches were good but not the beefy ranch wrap. People would be wise to check your food order b4 u leave.
NOT “ Freaky Fast!” I stopped specifically because I was in a hurry. The slowest JJ service I’ve ever experienced. I was late getting to the Lake Express Ferry because of the EXTREMELY slow service at JJ.
