Bought ice cream and asked for 2 cups of ice and got charged for two bottled waters. When asked about the 3.00 charge, was told by the rude associate that’s what they charge for ice and then when I asked to have the cups filled with water then, was rudely told that’s what I asked for and I could talk to the boss at 5 pm. Not great service for anyone spending time in Grand Haven and supporting local businesses.
Good soft-serve ice cream. They have lots of choices and they add "eyes " on the treat that the kids like.

There are a lot of ice cream places in Grand Haven, but after reading other reviews this where we chose. They did not disappoint. Our ice cream was delicious and I wish we would have gone sooner.
My go to place for soft serve ice cream in GH! One of the few places you can still find the flavor burst soft serve. Definitely something for everyone!! It's almost impossible to go wrong with any of the recommendation!

Very similar sounding name as another well known ice cream and frozen treat seller.And, just like them, every bit as good.In fact, you'll find a few items on the menu at Dairy Creme that the other chain, with the initials DQ doesn't have on their menu.Such as food items like pork BBQ, Popcorn, and Nachos (with or without chili).As well as their "Boardwalk Title Sundae", and "Flavorburst" ice cream cones and cups.Plus, you get a get great view of Lake Michigan itself sitting nearby.Simply put, after my first-time experience there yesterday, I can find no fault with Dairy Creme.5 out of 5 stars.
