We waited over ten minutes as the staff seemed confused and had lost our order. During that time our order was being walked around from car to car getting cold and after finally getting our food, there was only a knife, no fork in the bag so I couldn't eat my salad for another 20 minutes, until I got home. I will be unlikely to visit this Culver's again because a fast food salad is not worth that level of disappointment, especially after a long hard day of work, a simple salad order should not be that frustrating.

Listening skills are key. And this is an update to my review from 3 years ago. We ordered the Walleye dinner and ended up getting cod? How is that even close to the same thing? We've already had the walleye before, which is absolutely delicious. 3rd update. Referring back to the listening skills. Went back a couple weeks later and ordered the walleye dinner yet again because it was actually good. They literally brought out cod again!!! I didn't complain the first time it happend but I definitely complained the second time. We even said walleye 10 times loud and clear to make sure our order didn't get messed up. They were nice about it and brought out the right order and gave us a free pint of ice cream after I mentioned this was the second time our order was messed up.Old review: Everytime you order, for example, a mushroom and Swiss burger, were always asked "so just mushroom and Swiss is OK on that?" Why they ask these questions is beyond me, since that's what I ordered. They aren't very good listeners at all. When you say you want it in a basket they still ask you EVERY time if you want it in a basket. Just a few days ago after eating our very overly cooked burgers my significant other ordered a concrete mixer to go. It took 20 minutes to get it. Only because the people making them where filling a bunch up and putting them in some cooler in their counter and they put his in there as well. It had been ready to go 15 minutes prior to the 30 minute wait. He had to say something to one of the people behind the counter and she went looking for it. They already apparently served his number when his number was still in his hand. They definitely need additional training.
Relaxed, friendly and high quality food. Floor manager really takes clean tables seriously, in a world of careless fast food. Staff is really friendly, really well staffed, even chick fil a level.
Well, here's another fast food restaurant that I really like because they are very consistent with with their food. No matter which Culver's you go to,it's pretty much the same And what I mean by that is: They are consistent across-the-board with their restaurants and food. Never disappointed.
Food was ok..but I was surprised by bill..thought I was getting a burger n fries for 7$ like a meal kinda a thing...then when I got to window it was 23$? jus for me to get a burger n fries n my kid got cheese balls n fries..smh..I asked about bill they said the 7$ was jus for the burger..it was good but not 7$ good..it taste jus like steak n shake..and there u can get same burger fries milk shake plus another side for 7$ total??♀️
We ordered today from there and we had to wait longer than usual for our food. Then they forgot some of our order. They brought it out and left to go go home and still realized that they forgot still stuff from our order and called them to speak to a manager. We paid a lot for our meal only to have it be wrong and the manager never called us back. Sad for the money spent on poor quality of food.
5his place was recently remodeled. I think the atmosphere was more inviting before. The service was adequate. Friendly but my order did not come delivered correctly. I had bacon on my burger that I did not order. I believe I was charged for the bacon when I asked for onion. My meal was over $11. Definitely not worth it!
1st time I got a cold leathery burger and chewy stale bun from this Culver's restaurant. I waited 15-20 minutes for that! Fries were great, stayed warm until the burger was finished. I know you are better than that!
