I have called Burger King customer service twice on this particular store here in Grand Haven. The first time was for the absolutely worst service that I've ever received through a drive thru and how rude the employees were. It was so bad that I wanted the owner and management to call me to find out what was resolved with this matter. I had to call back a second time 2 months later because I've yet to receive a call from Burger King management/owner. Now I am getting on Google reviews to let everybody know that here it is probably 3 or 4 months later And the matter is still not resolved and I still have not received a call because I do not believe the management or owners of this particular Burger King care about their customers enough to let them know what the results were of my complaint. The service was so bad that I believe that the young man that took my order shouldhave been reprimanded and the young lady that gave me my order should have been fired!
Eat anywhere but not here, food and service are terrible. Employees have really bad aditude.
This is not a 24hr. location even though it says so online. The hours posted on the door are 5:30 for drive thru. I went through the drive thru at 5:35 and was told “I cannot help you because I have no staff.” This is not the first time I’ve had a very poor experience with this location. (Only time I’ve left a review though)
The 2nd best Burger King I've had so far, (1st is one in Orlando, Universal City Walk). Bought here twice and the fries was hot and crispy both times. The sandwich was good too.
This location hit a homerun when I asked for extra items on my whopper. It was the best whopper I have ever had. And yet they shorted me on a small fry, sigh. I used the online app to mention this and within 4 minutes they gave me a solution. Now that's team work. More than happy.
went to the drive thru around 825pm tonight.. the lady yelled in the speaker "one minute" soo loud it startled me and I dropped my vape.. my girlfriend started laughing at me and the lady on the speaker yells again "if you think it's funny you can go some where else" what in the hell happened to this place and why on God's earth are we not allowed to be happy and laugh? if you hate your job so much don't be there
Ordered on the app so I could just pull through the drive thru and go, ended up sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes and wasn't helped. Having already paid on the app I had to submit a ticket to get my money back in 3-5 days and still had to go find something else for dinner. I'll be avoiding this location in the future and suggest you do too.
I don't really go there much, and this gal knows me by name. She also knew that my order doesn't need ranch but my family members do. I was very amazed!
If you're in the mood for waiting 7 hours for your food just to get the wrong order or completely wrong items this is the spot for you! It hasn't changed and I doubt it ever will at this point...
Waited 20 minutes in line, until we got to the order station only to be told that they aren’t taking any more orders. At 5:50pm. At this point there are multiple cars ahead and behind us with no way to pull away. To boot.. the person working the window was extremely rude when we questioned this decision that stuck us in line with no way to order food for our son. Went to McDonalds and had food in less than 10 minutes.
