Awsome staff. Waiter helped us to save money by suggesting that we get the 2 for 24 deal. We didn't realize what we ordered qualified for that. Food was great. Awsome experience.
In the past few years Applebees in Grand Haven has blown me away with service and excellently cooked food. Its definitely changed for so much better. Thank you for always treating us well and the superb service!!

Today I took my 91 year old mother for a little ride from Grand Rapids to Grand Haven...Lake Michigan holds a special place in her heart. We stopped at the Applebee's for a quick lunch. Not only was our food fantastic, coffee fresh and hot....our service was a 10! Day to day details often lack the appreciation many deserve and I'd like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU Mabel for not only your wonderful service, but also for going above and beyond! Your service was truly appreciated.
The Grand Haven Applebee's is special simply because Emily F works there! She deserves a raise and promotion! They were busy, and the kitchen was way behind on food orders. Emily was handling multiple grumpy and rude tables, but the smile never came off her face. She was very kind and patient. We loved having her as our server!Our food was good but came out cold. We had the queso dip and cheese curds. The cheese curds were absolutely delicious!I gave this 5 stars because of Emily's fantastic service. If it was just based on food it would of been 3 or 4 stars.
2st time at this Applebee's. Building was clean and well organized. We came in unannounced with a party of 10. Staff pushed two tables together and we were seated promptly. Drinks came promptly after we ordered orderves. Drinks were good and kept comming in a timely manner. Orderves arrived hot and were very tasty. Orders lunch and another round of drinks. Waitress on very friendly and thecorder was right on as the staff served us simultaneously. Another round of drinks came as we ate. Food was warm and tasty. We had a wonderful experience all around.I would definately recommend this Applebee's for lunch, Dinner, or even an office holiday party. They were outstanding..

The food was really good and the service was excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Our waitress was awesome and had mentioned that she had been working there since they opened 20 some odd years ago. I dont remember catching her name but I will definitely ask for her section the next time I go. Once I get her name that is......Found my receipt.... Her name is Julie F.
