Good food, but they forgot my side dish. Was too far to go back.

Spent a $137 for 3 slabs of ribs rib- tips dinner and fixing and these ribs was not even put on a grill they had no real smoke taste or nothing like they came out of the oven. I could of did that at home and know it would have tasted better than that

Good cook here, love the cat fish and banana puddingHotlizfoodcritic LLC

Good soul food.. I've been eating here since a kid... Closest to grandma's Greens as you can possibly get.. I love it here

Love their food. Will be ordering again real soon. I ordered the catfish..next will be the ribs.

There peach cobbler is off the chain. Smothered pork chop good also ?

I love woods but catfish with bone not it order without bone and got bones anyway

I ordered catfish. They missed half my order but corrected it immediately and gave me a $10 discount! My fish is Delicious, fried and seasoned to Perfection! Woods has been a staple in our community since I was a kid and the food is still good!

For example, I learned today that they are not open on Mondays and their hours of operation are shorter than what I remember, as I have frequented this place for many years. Maybe the hours change like this because of the pandemic.Catching this place open can be a challenge but if you do it is decent soul food.SUGGESTION: when closed or too busy to answer the phone, send the calls to an answering machine that can let people know the UPDATED HOURS OF OPERATION and that you are not taking orders by phone. Ask the phone company. I am certain they can help you set up something like this. To me it is the least this business can do to serve a COMMUNITY that has SUPPORTED it FOR DECADES.HEADS UP:greens are cooked with porkHEADS UP, THE GREENS ARE COOKED WITH PORK.

Good BBQ and that peach cobbler is to die for!
