I go here about once a month with a group for breakfast. The food is always very good. The eggs benedict is wonderful. I usally order that or steak and eggs.The only complaint I'd have, if I had one, is the orange juice which I usally don't order. I did once, it's terrible. Stay away from the orange juice and you will very much enjoy your meal
Fine food. Fine service. I was treated with tons of respect and the dinner was very nice and quiet and clean. I will definitely be coming back to eat dinner at some point at this establishment.
Food was good but I got biscuits and gravy and there wasn't any sausage bits in it and that's what I usually like in it. Other than that food was good
Wanted to give a new place a try and realized quickly that was a mistake, beyond disappointed with the service and the food here. Chicken and waffles are not Tyson chicken tenders and an old piece of styrofoam trying to be passed off as a waffle. Having to search out staff so that we could even place an order is ridiculous
Purchased a gift card for a colleague, for $80. Realized it was not signed by anyone at the restaurant. Called to get the issue resolved. Staff called back to tell us there was no record, though the lady who took the money for the card “recorded it in the book”. Staff member would not resolve the issue and said we would not provide contact information for the manager. Incredibly unprofessional, very disorganized, and unwilling to try to understand their mistake in this process. It’s a shame that a small business like this can’t recall events that occurred within 24 hours, or offer any reasonable solution.
Don’t eat here and definitely don’t work here. A waitress overdosed last night and staff did nothing to help. In fact they got mad a cUstomer called 911. They even told her to cancel her call. She was out of it for 37min. The owner hid in the back while this happened. I won’t be coming back
Met some former classmates for breakfast here and enjoyed the food, fast service and reasonable prices. My Stuffed French Toast topped with blueberries was as tasty as it was pretty. Will definitely eat a meal here another day for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!
My kids go to school nearby. The Palace Grill is a favorite of ours for half days. The meals are big portions for the price, too! The wait staff is always friendly and kind to my kids. We really feel welcomed here!
Passing through with a friend and a total of 4kids. Nothing around looked decent but we decided to give this place a try on a Sat evening Staff was very polite and attentive. Food was good with big portions. Only spend $31 for 1 full meal a kids meal and a big order of pancakes & drink. Reastraunt was clean. This is the only place in the area I would return to. Our waitress was awesome, even the older kids commented on how great she was.
With consistently generous portions and tasty meals, the Palace Grill is our preferred grill for breakfast or lunch. Waitresses are attentive and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes before being brought our beverages. Reasonable prices make this a frequent stop, recommend.
