This place used to be great! But over the last few weeks they haven't even opened the store on time and are only taking one customer at a time in drive through! They literally make everyone stay at the speaker until the person ahead of them waits at the window, gets their food, and LEAVES before they let the next customer even order. This is causing the line to sit in the street instead of waiting in the drive-thru line.
Always screw up my order at the location... Like seriously everytime I get food here. Stuff isnt made as ordered or it's something you didn't order at all or they just dont give you all your order. Always have to really check orders.
The drive thru window says open daily until 1AM. Got there at 9:55 PM and they were already closed
Have been waiting more than 20 minutes this morning for the order (a Crunchwrap, BeefyBurrito, and Cinnabon Delights). The restaurant is dead, and we are the only customers here. They made one Door Dash order, and one other customer order. It is just incredibly slow service.

Ordered 2 steak Chalupas. Wasn't told until after my money was taken that it would take 15 minutes for the food. Still waiting for my refund to populate
The service was slow there were way too many beans on a beef beef and bean burrito a burrito supreme I mean the tacos were good I sure wish you had taco salad and tostadas and Mexican pizza what the heck is going on come back with some of your goodies and I'll come more often
Great service and good food I appreciate when the workers label the items without sour cream and stuff like they do here.
I will not be back at this Taco Bell location anymore this is the second this they messed over me, the first time I ordered cinnamon twists I don’t even get them so I ignored them, I decided to give them a second chance with was today 12/23/21, I ordered my bill was $7.80 I give her $10.80 first she was not going to give $3.00 she asks for the receipt then proceed to hand me only 2.00 ok fine you must need that $1.00 more me. All I’m going to say is watch your coins and your food because you will come up short somewhere.
Placed an order through the app. Charged my bank for the order apparently, Taco Bell employees didn’t get the order and refused to help. Says “I’m sorry we don’t see an order, have a nice day” currently rushing home to grab food as my blood sugar is very low. Don’t come here if you place a Mobil order nobody will help you. 0 stars. Worst employees.
