The customer service at the drive thru of this location at 11:30pm was amazing.We ordered over $50 of food. The workers were patient, and kindly bantered even though the line was steady and long.I will always remember this experience- we were exhausted and coming from taking my sister who is fighting cancer to the hospital and were desperately hungry and needed the kindness. Thank you.
Bean burrito had correct amount of extra sauce which I love but doritos loco shell was stale in my cheesy gordita crunch.

The worker by the name of Carrie did such an amazing job, first I gave her 2.80 in change and she DIDN’T GET MAD (I work with money and I would have gotten slightly annoyed myself) and she reassured me it was ok. The best part is she was FAST. And I mean fast and she gave us our food at the window even though it was a large order and the last thing is she was very very kind. She deserves some recognition for the GREAT customer service I would give 10/10 if I could
I went into anaphylatic shock after eating food from this location. My throat closed up and I could barely breath. I had a mouthful of the cheesy bean and rice burrito. I have never had this reaction at any other location (i order the same foods each time) and will not be eating taco bell anymore. Scary. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
The quality of fast food has went downhill and the prices are through the roof you will not catch me in this restaurant again
They often short me my food in the drive thru or not listen when I say NO sour cream! I end up trashing half of it. My orders are mainly third shift on my lunch break so there's no going back.

Worst service ever! The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude and short with me and didn't seem to know what she was doing (8pm)... won't be eating here again!
