The staff here is phenomenal and the food always turns out great.
Whoever the lady is running drive through today with the blonde hair. Friendly. But a little rude. I absolutely seen her roll her eyes when I told her what sub sandwich I wanted. And then told her I wanted three total of the same exact sandwich. Doesn’t make a customer feel welcome rolling their eyes at the number of sandwiches I’m ordering. And it made me want to leave. But because I am slim with time today. I proceeded with the order anyway. Friendly lady. But to show annoyance at the amount of food being bought? Made me feel very uncomfortable.

They make the best subs
Ordered 2 italian subs through the drive thru. The woman who made them didn't put ANY veggies on either of them! I called and spoke to her and she was so rude, she hung up on me when I asked for the owner! I'm never coming back. Now I know why Subway is on its way out.
The subway shop on Richfield rd is super clean and make very delicious food
