I pickup from many restaurants every single day for customers. When I go to Starbucks I always feel confused. Whether in Grand Blanc or Flint Starbucks is the most disorganized.

Never again.. drive 6 miles .. reloaded card ..wait in long line for some condescending snarky girl take her bad attitude out on me.. Not today Not ever again! Numerous issues employees with bad attitude at this Starbucks ?

Ordered a small coffee. Coffee was great.but the customer service sucked. The women was complaining to another worker was rude as hell.then at the end of her complaining she said I might have the virus. I'm done ordering for their.dont know what virus she might have bit I'm not catching it
This is the closest Starbucks on my way to work so I come here pretty often. Two things I’ve noticed is that they frequently close early due to being “short-staffed” and their cafe being closed to public so you can ONLY pick up your drinks at the Drive-Thru window.The main problem is when I order ahead on the Starbucks app, I arrive at the location to pick up my order. Only to realize their cafe is closed, but the line at the drive thru is literally almost wrapped around the plaza. There’s at least 8 cars ahead of me.That defeats the “ordering ahead” as my drinks are sitting at the counter for another 20 mins as I wait in line.I just wish they are more organized and remain open on their app and on Uber for as consistent as they can.
This place is terrible. Showed up Sunday May 15 2022 well after it was supposed to be open and nobody was there. No sign, no notice, nothing. Waited at drive thru for a few mins then tried the door and it was locked. What kind of abysmal business can’t at least put up a sign if they aren’t going to be open? Literally nobody was there. Absolute joke of an establishment, go to the Tim Hortons nearby instead, or go to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble in the mall.

Saw a cockroach near the ovens, I asked the manager Angie if there's an issue, but she brushed it off. Still got my frappe tho lol
