I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about two years now and the girls up there are absolutely fantastic❤️ They make my morning a little better on my harder days and make me smile even more on my good days? special shout out to mikayla (sorry if I miss spelled your name) and Kayla for always greeting me with a good morning and sending happy/positive vibes my way❤️ I appreciate you guys more then you know!❤️❤️
Asked for no whipped crème on my Frappuccino, said they could just spoon it off, barista used their hand. Gross will be filing a complaint with corporate. Thanks for ruining my morning.
This location is absolutely horrible. They are never open the hours they are supposed to be and they are very rude. Just because your location is in Flint doesn't mean you need to be trashy. Whomever the manager is here, seriously DO BETTER.
Been coming to thia store everymorning for a year now. Somedays they are open for walkins sometimes they lockdoors and stick a note drive through only. I walk two blocks from the job site to get my self coffee dont drive since my work truck is being used at site. Last week of March12th I was there everymorning till friday March 18th. I was surprised that they lockoed doora and drive through only... during the week I notices that they removed proxy screen at register and most of staff dropped mask... Great to see that life is back to to normal. So back to Friday march18th. I called and asked that can I make payment and take my order to go. Megan the manager said no go to drive thru and I explained to here that my car is far and I walked to the store. Here a picture showing how its causing traffic to mai street due to lotsnof customers cant walk in. Cant be some days walkins are allowed and some other are not. Either u host walkins or convert it to drive through. Specially for such a busy street and small plaza, u cant run a busy coffe shop into drive thru only!!!
Went inside and waited 15 mins for a simple tall latte. I won’t be back. No one even acknowledged the long wait or anything. Pop customer service. All the employees were talking and laughing while paying customers just waited. Not impressed.

I've never been to this Starbucks it usually has a line which is good for them. I came by later in the morning and only a few people in line. I placed my order. Then the cashier was so friendly and patient while I tried to franticly find that Christmas gift card ? I needed to use lol. I'm so glad no one was behind me. My Pink drink was delicious ?
This location is usually my second choice. They keep busy here as the drive-thru window is usually lined to the street. Although they stay stocked on most ingredients and items for high demand, they do eventually run low on stock. Staff is great and are a pleasure to run out to the curb for carside deliveries. Love this location.
My favorite Starbucks ever. Best baristas one could ask for.
Not a fan the wife loves it and says the sous eggs or whatever they're called, are amazing. She also loves the pink drinks. The drive through can get hectic, but you can still place online orders and pick them up.
