Lunch is definitely NOT as fun as dinner. Super sad you're sitting there you realize that 4 out 7 people at our table ordered steak and the guy pulls 2 slim cuts of beef off of his cart to cook for the 7 people. That's a pricey meal to get a few pieces of meat, however, they do make up for it with the carbs. I still love them and will continue to splurge a few times a year!!❤
The food is so good! The prices have gone up slightly but the portions have gotten smaller. And the wait is so long. We ordered 2 Hibachi steak dinners ($22 bucks each) for pick up and the wait was an 50 minutes.
These people aren’t friendly at all, not accommodating. They’re hours change without notice, information on Google isn’t correct. They aren’t nice and are very short with people.
Pre covid the food was always fast and delicious pick up went smooth and easy.Covid shutdown there is now a super long wait when told its only a 40 minute wait it is now 1 hour and 30 minutes with a high chance of your order being wrong for pick up and there is absolutely no place in the store to check to make sure you got it all, if you dine in it's better food quality depending on which cook you get there is one who always seems to burn the veggies giving them a horrible taste but the rest of the cooks do a great job
Went to Sagano for my aunts 60th birthday party. We had a reservation for 11 at 12:30 and they sat us right away! The food was cooked to perfection but the noodles were a little greasy. Other than that, our cook was funny and had everyone laughing all through the meal. I think this is more of a “special occasions” type of restaurant but I will definitely be going back again!
I had the rainbow roll and one of the barbecue eel one of the octopus and I can’t quite remember the third one that I got à la cart but they were pretty good just wish soup and salad came with sushi if not just soup
Usually great. Habachi chicken was dry. Veggies seemed over cooked. Sushi was average this time.Salads and soups were good.
Been coming here for a number of years. I enjoy not only the hibachi grill but I enjoy the sushi side as well. The whole hibachi experience is pretty cool. They have some talented staff. They put on a nice performance. I enjoy all their tricks and jokes. They put on a good show. I have been over to that side many times. I prefer to have lunch at the sushi ? bar tho. I love sushi though. I could eat it ever day. We usually get a platter of sushi and then get tea and sake. It is always delicious. I have never had bad sushi from them ever. Their soup and salad is the best as well. Mmm ?
Always a fun place to take people. Even going the more times than I can count it never gets old taking friends and family who have never been. Watching them experience the new cuisine and entertainment makes dining exciting all over again!
