Ally was a great waitress, the best we have ever encountered. She made my birthday dinner so special. Please don't let her go anywhere. We will be back because of her. The hostess was very rude when we entered and should not be welcoming guests. His name was Connor. We almost turned around and went somewhere else. The manager Susie took care of our problem immediately. We appreciate her kindness and service skills. We will be back. Thank you

Burgers were great. Fries delicious. Service was unbelievable. Thanks Mercedes. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the fish. Whomever made the batter dropped the ball. It was not light and crispy, it was chewy and tough. Too bad.
We come to Red Robin, believe it or not for their Fish & Chips we have always enjoyed them, we have ordered them for take-out and never had a bad experience, well maybe sometimes a little short on fries but always enjoy the fish and chips dinner. Are fish dinners arrives and my wife was very disappointed it looks like the fish was undercooked I observed and I told her that there were done but the batter looks so white thinking that it might be baked fish but it wasn't we inquired and they told us that they changed their batter two weeks go. It's very disappointing the flavor was not there I added pepper just to get some flavor my wife canceled hers and ordered a chicken strip dinner they need to reconsider their choice of batter it is terrible. Now towards my observation, other than that our experience was great our waitress I'm not for sure if she was too busy but she took our order with no problem gave us great suggestions but to return to our table was lacking without us asking because we observe another server that returns to their table several times with refills and giggles just like a waitress would do. These are just observations I will continue to come to Red Robin but I have to find a burger until I find out that they have changed their fish batter and yes I will look for the waitress that served us on this day again
Disappointed. We put in an order for pickup at 7pm. We arrived 10 minutes early, notified them and waited in the seating area. We recieved our food at 7:10 , and it was missing the milkshake. We were told we had to wait for the bar not to busy before we could have the milkshake. I stood there several minutes waiting for the shake while our food got cold. We got home with my food only to realize that the fries had no seasoning on them whatsoever and 2 of 4 chicken tenders had some weird congealed clear substance on them. I won't be ordering from here ever again. It was my first and last experience here.
We went today for our birthdays. The guacamole bacon burger was fantastic. (Great job cooking it!) Our waitress Allyson was the nicest waitress ever and such a hard worker!!!!! It made our lunch experience prob the best we have ever had. Thank you
Dinning area had many tables that were not bussed. The wait from the time we ordered our food was a long wait before our food arrived. When it arrived, the food was hot, tasted good, great fries served with the burgers. Not a place for a quick meal.
Great wait staffing! We went to get our Birthday Burgers. We had a great waitress Allyson who is so kind and paid great attention to details. This experience made me want to dine here more often. Thank so much Allyson and Red Robin.
We had a waitress named Allyson today. She was SO friendly. Prob the best waitress we ever had. She was so nice and on top of her A GAME. Good avacodo bacon burger too! Cook did a good job this afternoon.
