This is the only rallys in Flint I'll go to. Everybody is real friendly and goofy and def puts a smile on your face and they keep up with their stuff. I was really surprised by how friendly and playful but still professional everybody was not gonna lie. And the food was fresh and good ? like I said, this the only rallys I'll go to in Flint.
Can't get an order right. How hard is it to follow instructions on a screen? You make what it says not what you feel like throwing in a wrapper. Hire some competent help.
Kids enjoyed there food they only had 6 chicken bites when it should of been more didn't feel like going back to have them correct the issue

I don't know what it is about this location, but there's always something wrong.I got their new Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher, and it had everything on it except the bbq sauce.My mother ordered a Deep Sea Double, and they gave her a Spicy Chicken Double instead.The fries, which are often the best part of going to Rally's, were dry and over-salted this time.This is by no means the first time several parts of an order were wrong.It's happened enough times now that I felt like speaking up.
Order was wrong. Ordered online. American cheese burger. Which has pickle onions mustard and ketchup. Got a burger with mayo tomato lettuce and onion. Did not discover until I got it home. Was nasty and had to throw away. Even the receipt was right! Except the burger.
Bought 8 pc tender. The four fresh tenders on top were a disguise for 4 refried tenders underneath. They were too lazy to cook a full order if 8. Those four at the bottom were hard with no taste. Extremely disappointing, considering I ordered online.
Manager Janette did outstanding job resolving the third party DD option flaw after placing our order. Thank you for your quick response. We will be coming back.
