Qdoba is on my blacklist as a door dasher. NO respect for delivery drivers. I got there and was told it’d be a wait. Some time went by .. so I politely asked if they started my order.. because it was already 10 min late. And she WENT OFF. In front of about 15 people in line and several children. Saying “You can WAIT” etc etc. Then said “get that order made so she can GO”The employee she said that to, proceeded to slide my order off of the counter and I had to catch it mid fall. It was truly embarrassing for her.

Ok, this place just made me want to NEVER eat at this chain ever again! Never change their gloves as they go from handling everything and they touch my food! Because they were sanitizing the food area while still serving and have to go to the back room to get more stuff that was completely out. And why couldn’t one of the other 2 people do that? And not cross contaminate my food? A call to the health department is in order and I swear if I get food poison!

I love Qdoba as well as the other make your own burrito places. It's great that they don't seem to charge extra for certain things(guacamole, stir fried vegetables) like other places. I thought they used to. This location is as nice as any other I've been to. I get the burrito in a crispy bowl and it's just massive.

My boss was nice enough to buy for the whole office ... wish I would have told her to keep her money. The grilled veggies in my bowl were raw, barely any meat and my rice was hard and crunchy. O and I'm not going to mention the chips! Yes I will! It tasted like I was licking the salt shaker! Portion was small as well. Just gross! Chipotle is my life!!!!

What has happened to this place? Their food handling practices are horrendous. I'd never seen the food bins and food assembly area look like that before. There was food all over the counter and floor. Looked like a tornado had come through. The employees have absolutely no conception of how to clean up the area safely and properly. I watched a female employee grab a bucket full of supposed sanitizer and soap that looked well used ( Grey water color) She then proceeded to start wiping around the food bins trying to wipe the spilled food particles to the floor. I saw food falling back into the bins and nasty sanitizer dripping into the bins as well. It was gross. If I hadn't even so starving I would have walked out.The manager was standing right there totally oblivious .I checked the Genesee health department website and it shows they have routine checks at that location. The last one was on March 28th. They need to do a non scheduled surprise visit I think to catch the employees off guard. I'm tempted to get that arranged after seeing what I saw.

So first of the food and service was good, but the restaurant as a whole just felt dirty. I thought I might have just been me, but my wife said the same thing. Bathrooms stinked, pop machine wasn't clean and they were out of some of the drinks and some food. Qdoba, you can do better.

I use to love this place to the point I would always buy two chicken queso burritos and eat both because they were so delicious. I drive 40 minute round trip since the Flint location is the nearest to me.Today was horrible. I stood in line for close to 10 minutes with several others behind me waiting for white rice. The rice never came, so they scraped what little was on the bottom of the stainless steel container and proceeded to put roughly a quarter scoop onto my burrito. I was shuffled along because they were busy, and in less than a delightful mood. Decided to get my burrito anyway since I drove so far and was starving. Of course no guacamole. No problem, that’s out of their hands. Well, the first indicator to being out of guac would be to remove the old container with smeared guac along with the scooper. I asked for guac. “We’re out and it’s no fault of mine” replied the manager. Then she proceeded to complain about all the people who complain about there being no guacamole. Her response was, “I need to put a sign on the front door to let the people that want guacamole we’re out because I’m tired of hearing it.” Okay cool, how about take out the dirty guacamole container out and put a sign on the window that people look through for their items they want added to their meal? Also, there was no rice, so it wasn’t just guacamole. There were 10-12 people working and lost of them looked lost. Place has become a joke since the pandemic. I’ve never tried chipotle, but that will be my next stop being that it’s closer and hopefully a more pleasant staff.

We use to eat here at least once a month or more. Today has been the first since covid-19 and like many other favorites, the foods not the same. The menue lacks the advertised cheesy chicken Quesadilla / Cheesy Quesadilla that I ordered. My burrito bowl, I believe was preservative filled Tyson pre-grilled chicken. As my daughters chicken burritto disappointed not fresh. My quesadilla was a uncooked flourishing tortilla with barely cheese in middle. This place has changed and I don't feel the food was fresh.out the door, 29.95 no reciept? I looked all over to see what I paid for compared to what I had. Called up and asked about the cheesy qusidellia over what I had. It's the same price, and I am supposed to order a cheesy quesadilla vs a cheese quesadilla. I said, I pointed to the sign wanting that, the cheesy chicken quesadilla without the ? chicken. I thought all quesadillas we're grilled not steamed..? Sadly to say the place place is another fallen eatery in Flint.

Place is great and the people that work there are nice. The manager does great and is always right in top of it when questions are asked. They were running out of food cause they got unexpected big orders and had to shut down early. I was able to get my food but the person behind me wasn't happy, she tried to explain and the lady was just rude. She handled well and I'm sorry she had to deal with that lady not understanding how the process works. Wish I knew the manager or the lady in charge name but she did a great professional job.
