Went to the drive-through and it seem like I was it inconvenient for them host 662 was very rude I said have a nice day she just shut the door in my face I don’t know if I’ll return
Fast friendly service. Food is always great and consistent. My favorite place for subs around.
So I ordered online 3 big sandwiches and 1 salad for $48. There wasn't much to the sandwiches. BIG size isn't very big. Salad was great. The online order i had a gift card for, it made me put in another credit card to cover the order as the order was more. I expected that. Problem is, it didn't take my gift card. When I picked up the order I told them it didn't take the gift card. I was told online doesn't accept gift cards. Ok, so why is it an option online then? So I asked if they could deduct gift card amount from the credit card I used and I was told no.why not? It would be same as overcharging someone. I feel manager to lazy to do it!!!very poor customer service!!!the only reason I even tried it was because I had the gift card.
I’m the pickiest eater in the world but I have Potbelly a try anyway knowing I usually don’t care for sandwich shops. Not I’m actually addicted to their sandwiches AND soup ? Once again I don’t like soup from anywhere or any kind but I tried their loaded potato soup and I absolutely love it. I’m so happy I tired Potbelly, they’re absolutely delicious. ? I get once a week for lunch now ?
This is the second time I’ve came here and had to deal with the same rude woman I love the food but I won’t be returning
i gave the man at the window 20 dollars and he gave me 1 dollar back in change when he owed me 17 dollars and he pocketed my 17 dollars and claimed i gave him a 5

1st time customer...I'll start w/ the Good: The Mac & Cheese was really good - creamy, piping hot, comforting. Also, after I completed my order online, it said I could pick it up in 20-30 min. I didn't want to wait that long, so I called the restaurant & they said they would have it ready when I got there. I really appreciated that!The (significantly) Bad: Ordered a BLTA. Other than a small 1/4" thick pc of avocado, the fillings didn't even stack up to 1/2 the height of a dime when stood on end & what was there was so unevenly spread out that in some areas there was just bread. The bacon was black peppered bacon, not applewood smoked, so even though there was very little of it, all I could taste was pepper. My entire sandwich was either a bite of bread or a bite of black pepper, but the pepper was so overwhelming that I couldn't finish eating it. I paid $2.33 for a small Diet Coke! I was pretty angry to find that it was equal to about 8 oz, because the cup was filled to the top with ice.Regarding ordering online - It automatically added a 15% tip without me realizing it. That really annoyed me when I realized it, because I was only across the street when I ordered and just went over to the drive-through to pick it up. I'm still hungry & keep thinking about the kind of meal I could have gotten somewhere else for the $20+ I just spent.
It is 8:11PM. Drove 30 minutes to get dinner. Google states closing time 10:00pm. You are closed. Change your hours online if you are going to close almost 2 hours earlier so that you do not waste people's time.
