I wish I could rate this lower they only do one order at a time in drive thru, so if they is anyone infront of you they ask you to hold until they are completely done with the person in front of you. Literally 2 cars infront of you? Well hope you have some spare times because that's atleast 20 minutes here. The staff is a joke and are literally rude anytime you come thru, for any reason. Seriously I asked them when they do things this way and they said if you don't like it go to Miller road lmaoo
Ordered at 5:44pm ..2 number 5's 10 Wings total..for $21 at 6:04 after watching 4 orders get their spicy wings. I am told it's still in the grease. then she literally turned around and got the chicken that I've been watching her grab from for 8 mins and made my order. That's 4 orders in a row the restaurant shouldn't be open.
I actually had to wait 15 minutes for my food but all of my food was correct and it was all super fresh and hot so I’m not complaining about anything because I’d rather have hot fresh food then something that’s not up to standards.
2 piece chicken dinner leg and wing. Seriously sad for the price.consistantly have order problems with this location. As much as I love Popeyes you're just not worth the trouble anymore.
We had a bit of a wait because they were incredibly busy, but it was totally worth it. The chicken was fresh and crispy, and the flavor is so much better than that other major chain restaurant with their blens of herbs and spices.
Chicken sandwich meal I ended up getting was really good. I gave it three stars because they were out of shrimp and out wings out of sweet potato pies...
Picked on the app drive thru pick up. The lady started screaming at me about how they don’t do pick up in their drive thru but its a option on the app….. then i go inside they act like they couldn’t find my order then proceeded to tell me i have to wait 5 more minutes after waiting in the damn drive thru for 20 minutes. Poor customer service i will never order from them again
It’s been 2 years since I’ve been here, tried it today and I am overly impressed and satisfied. I got the 2 piece spicy chicken meal with red beans and rice with a strawberry Fanta got to work and my food was hot like they just pulled it from the fryer. The chicken was so moist and seasoned and it was actually fried chicken without the breading. My biscuit was so warm and soft I didn’t even use the honey pack they put in the bag. I ate my entire meal and was very well satisfied with my food and even placing my order. My last review I gave only 2 stars but I had to comment on today’s visit and change that to 5 stars. I don’t if it’s because I came at 10:40 am when they first opened or if y’all have completely changed. Hopefully it stays this way with my next visit ??
Normally I love Popeye's and have no complaints. However today's experience has changed that. I placed an order through the app for pick up in the drive thru as I had my dogs with me, so I didn't want to leave them in the car to go inside. I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins behind 2 cars (it was a very slow day, only 2 people in the lobby, no other cars behind me) before I got to the speaker and they told me to hang on before they'd help me...5 mins later they finally waited on me. I told them I had an online order & they said you have to come inside to pick that up. I'd already waited 30 mins in a slow drive thru, and now had to park & walk inside and wait another 15mins for my online order! I got inside and they were out of my drink (coca cola), they had no dipping sauces for tenders, the only sides available were coleslaw and red beans & rice, I had ordered Cajun fries with my food, they had no desserts at all (I'd ordered a blackberry cheesecake pie), they couldn't refund my money, the food was not even fresh & ended up making me sick. They were extremely slow, the front counter employee was visibly annoyed & unfriendly, the inside was dirty, pop machine in lobby was not functioning. I highly recommend going to a different Popeye's location! Lesson learned here ??♀️
We ordered a family combo of four chicken sandwhiches 4 biscuits and a large red beans and rice. We were charged but didnt recieve our food. Went through door dash. Because of this popeyes refused to remake our order for pickup. This is bad business. When we got there they said they dont have any chicken sandwhiches. When asked why the hell they even sold it to me the manager in charge wasnt trying to assist me. Will not be returning to popeyes.
