Zuppa soup is amazing. I also enjoy the Alfredo and asiago stuffed tortellini
Food was good of course and waitress was awesome I asked her if she can make it quick with our ideas because I had to work that day… she made it happen without us even feeling rushed… I told her what time I had to be at work and I still had an entire hour more then I thought I would have! Great service and kudos to her for checking on us and being such a great waitress
Good food! We had to ask for the bread which should be brought out immediately! Not a big deal. Drink refills were slow,my cup was empty more than it should have been. Waitress was friendly,energetic. Still tipped 20% but felt that I could have had more bread and soda.
Three of us came for a late lunch on Sunday May 22nd and had Kim as a waitress. She was absolutely phenomenal! Super attentive and very personable. Made sure we had everything we needed and never had to wait for drinks or refills, etc. An absolutely wonderful experience!
to go order was 20mins late, was told my order was waiting for bread. However the bread in my bag was not hot or fresh at all, matter of fact the ends were hard. The to go attendant was apologetic for my wait & very nice.
Disappointing experience with this Olive Garden. We called a few days prior to arriving because we had a birthday party with 12 people. We would have been happy to reserve a table and even put down a deposit. We were told they don't do that but to come in and they would accommodate 12 with no problem.When we got there a few days later we were told it would be 2 hours, or more, to be seated. We understand places get busy and that is why we called ahead. I guess Olive Garden has enough business and is not interested in accommodating larger parties.We took our business elsewhere and would probably not return...*especially* if we have a large party.
In a time where other restaurants are struggling Olive Garden knows how to overcome. The restaurant was staffed, clean, friendly and service was fast. The food was amazing as always! J.T. was our waiter and he was wonderful. He was attentive, never had to ask for a refill, he was already placing it down on the table, he was a breath of fresh air compared with many wait staff we have recently had. Thank you for the wonderful evening and keep up your great work!!!
I’ve only eaten here twice. The first time I wasn’t so impressed then years later my mom got a gift card and invited me to lunch. We had breadsticks & salad that come with your meal plus I had spaghetti it was excellent. I was more impressed my second time there. Plus they were giving out free wine samples. It was very good. I also had a Italian margarita that was simply amazing! Thanks Olive Garden!
Worst service I've ever had at OG, which used to be good. Met friends for dinner, ordered together - never got my food. Server wasn't interested in offering anything other than "your food is going to be a couple minutes late." No apology, nothing. I then canceled order (friends were done and ready to get doggy bag). Server gave me attitude. She probably needs to find other work - not fit to wait tables.
Anthony our bartender was absolutely awesome, and so was the woman server helping him out in the bar area. He called her Miss. Cool lol. They were both fantastic!
