Worst McDonalds ever. Makes you pull ahead and wait for 15 to 20 minutes pretty much every time. Even when you order one thing and there is nobody else in the line. It’s incredible.
Don't eat there food is either cold are not made right not just one time I've gone there a few times in about a month I'd say three or four times cuz it's right across the street from where I work and they never get my food made right or it's cold so good luck
Second time in a week the person taking the orders had an attitude like I was disturbing their valuable phone and sitting around on the chair time. I'd love to have a job that pays 12.50 an hour so I can sit on my phone and be rude to the customer that basically pays their check....
I don't even know why I shopped here again. They have literally *never* gotten my order right, and it is just the #2. No special requests, nothing unusual, still can't get it right. I would rate lower if I could.
Waited in line for literally 45 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries it tasted like it been sitting for hours through half of it away. McDonald's in Swartz Creek is so so only thing open 24 hours
From what I’ve experienced this McDonalds just kind of closes whenever they want. So don’t take the hours on their windows or online seriously.
I ordered a side order of round egg and sausage patty. And ice carmal Machiatos. They pulled me up. I sat there over 7 minutes. I get they are short staff. But deal with the car that came first. It's not like my order was a lot. And I have a feeling they forgot about me.
Employee or employees can't read or count. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and got 4. I wanted honey mustard and got hot mustard ?
Don't get curbside at this location. They refuse to turn off curbside option yet they never bring it out. Done it twice and have to go around and get a refund both times. Terrible management. If you're not going to bring it out, just turn off the option like other ones that don't do curbside. Unprofessional
Went for breakfast. Food was fresh but the sausage burritos were a little dry on the ends. Service was fast.
