I received my order tonight through door dash. This site has tons of delivery options however when search through Google. I was very impressed. The order was packaged perfectly with tamper free stickers. The fries and other items were warm and tasted great. This location has definitely stepped up their game from a few years ago.
Must have been a bunch of idiots working Today, can't count 10 nuggets and can't get food ready in time absolutely garbage service. Don't ask for 15$hr when the whole staff is incompetent and ignorant. What a joke
Literally waited 30+ minutes for a smoothie. They told me to pull into the drive thru # 1 spot. I called after 20 they said they were making it. 10 minutes later I call again for a refund an I get told the machine isn’t working. Late to work and no smoothie. Need better communication
Every single time I try and door dash an ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO!!!! I get either a coffee or a frappe like last time. They even put the little tag on the coffee saying that it's an ice caramel macchiato. They want $15 an hour?
Amazing. They were super fast, very friendly and in top of their game. I had left another McDs where a bunch of us had stood over 15 min with nobody coming to counter. I came here instead and not only was the team super friendly, but the food was hot and fresh and the place was sparkling clean.
Put 6 burgers and 2 large fries into 1 medium size bag that broke while the manager was handing our food out the window. 1 large fry completely spilled IN FRONT OF the manager, and when we asked for a new one, we were told no. Theres no reason not to separate large orders into several bags
This location is quite busy. I visited during the lunch rush around 12:30. Despite the rush, they moved through the drive thru very quickly and were very pleasant. It's great to see a business operating like pre-covid, despite the staffing issues and attitudes surrounding our country since the pandemic began.
I ordered a six piece chicken nugget and I got four. I ordered honey mustard sauce and got hot mustard. Maybe they should hire people that can read and count!!
The worst place ever I go here all the time and they always forget something. I'm freaking tired of how fast food service has gone down so much. People don't care anymore they just want a pay check. I won't be coming back to this location ever again.
Wait time through the drive thru is insanely long for McDonald's and this is the 3rd time now that I've ordered NO pickles and EXTRA onions and I've gotten the exact opposite. Idk why it is so hard for this particular location to read the order & make it correctly. The guy at the window was friendly though, but whoever is making the food just does not pay attention to customer orders. I'm not likely to go to this location again. Nothing like spending 15-20 minutes of your lunch break in line just for your order to be wrong every time.
