The McDonalds in Grand Blanc across from the high school has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. This was those at the drive thru.
Can't make a decent Mcgriddle sandwich. Even when I ask for it made to order. It was hard and the only thing warm was the egg
There’s a really nice lady who works there and has fun sayings, but multiple times they have lost my food and used my entire lunch break making empty promises about it being there in just a second
Store seemed short staffed. Did the order on the kiosk, kiosk burped out my loyalty and wouldn't let me reenter unless I cancelled the order. Good was warm but not hot. Fries were not crispy and hot. One meal was messed up (no point in getting it fixed as we were on a time crunch), waited for the rest of the order and no one bothered to ask why I was still standing there. Had to ask for the chicken nuggets and the correct sauce. Ladies bathroom had no toilet paper. Floors needed to be cleaned. Kiosk was surprisingly clean!
Extremely slow service. I arrived and ordered with no other vehicles around. Currently have waited 20+ min for a 10pc nugget meal This is absurd.
This location has deal's on the McDonald's app. i highly recommend using the app before going through the drive thru to order.
A frequently get our order wrong and don't give us everything we ordered
The1/4 pounder was hanging off and over the bun had to Waite for several minutes for a drink in front about 10 minutes 8.79 cents for a Quarter pounder meal. Robbed.
If I could give a one star I would this place is ridiculous you always get pulled over to the reserved parking they never have your food ready and this late time I went was the final straw they had me wait a half and hour for my food and by that time I decided to go inside and see what was going on and they hadn’t even started making it and they had to make it there on the spot and didn’t even apologize or anything for how long I had to wait the worst McDonald’s to ever have to go to.
