Late night early morning stop was great food was as good as it gets hot & fresh, workers were super nice, friendly.
Another restaurant ruining McDonald’s. I went in for a coke and fries. I don’t usually go in and I had never been at the McDonald’s on Bristol rd. So, I didn’t know you get your own cokes. I thought the lady got the drinks from behind the counter bc I saw the pop machine behind the her. I got the fries and not the drink so I asked where do I get the drink from? She pointed to the pop machine on the other side of me. I felt she could have said, "it’s over there” or something. No worries. I won’t be back.
Food is always greasy and the lady at the order window said that I had to come inside to get an ice water unless I bought something with it. So a water cost me $2 because I had to get a hash brown that I didn't even want.
I couldn't score this staff low enough. I know it's hard to get employees but why hire the worst of the worst. Rude, ill spoken, can't get anything , right, take the order 3 times and only 2 items on it and still can't get it right. The owners really need to pay attention to these reviews. Their staff is terrible.
Usually pretty good with orders, ours is usually always right. Except... their ice cream/shake machine is ALWAYS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE.. NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY WE GO..
Service has definitely improved and the milkshake machine has been working everytime so far this year! Huzzah!
I don't understand how I receive no sauce with my meal, go in and nicely ask for the sauce and I have to pay you for it? On top of not receiving my fries and being accused of trying to get more?! I spent 60$ on food if I was going to lie I would have done it on something that's more that 3 dang dollars. Won't be back would rate 0 if I could.
My mother and I stopped by today for breakfast this morning. The visit was nice and pleasant … we were shocked when we checked our bags and jelly/jam was already in there with napkins! Thank you all fr because normally that’s not the case at a McDonald’s even when you ask it’ll be forgotten sometimes. So it was nice and cool to see them already in the bag.
Mcdonalds sometimes does not have receipt, because when I went it and said they dont have receipt then made the wrong code where I went to a different house and the order wasn't my pickup so the people that ordered the food didnt know it was theres and I was frustrated
They made a small mistake on the order and so I went in to let them know and as soon as she seen me she said you can keep what we gave you and we are getting the correct sandwich now. Very professional, polite and quick.
