They took the time to personalize my banana split and it was so good I ate the whole banana split
While they are able to produce the food in an acceptable amount time the quality was lacking as it was not hot by any means. The only good Mc D's I've been to is in Swartz Creek on Elms road. Never been dissatisfied here at any time of day.
Terrible customers service from the woman handing the food out through drive thru tonight. Didn’t say a single thing as I was handed my food and didn’t respond to me telling her to have a good night. Smug/rude look on her face and clearly unwilling to show any kind of decent customer service. Disappointing. Fast forward 3 weeks I ordered a mcchicken add cheese and got the picture I posted.. (no chicken just all the toppings and cheese between two buns)
I ordered a happy meal. Drive thru worker asked me to pull into spot 4. I waited 13 min while I watched 2 McDonald's employees walk in and out to 3 other vehicles with bags of food which were none of the customers food that was waiting. I went inside. I asked about the happy meal for spot 4 and was told to "hold on a minute" I responded I've been waiting 13 minutes, then I was asked if I wanted a refund, then? STILL as I wait 5 other cars were waiting and some had also came inside to ask about their food and the staff could not have been more rude or managers unprofessional. Five minutes later I was slid a box and told have a good day...Will not return.
Good food. Good customer service just wish they would fix the light at the back of the parking lotCan't see anything and it always looks closed and it's kinda spooky.
Well used to taste real good and was looking forward to go and get me one but now that I'm older I'm not as thrilled anymore hamburgers cheeseburgers Big Mac classic nuggets fish sandwich im more into soups fruits shredded steaks beef or sausage hotdogs
Put next to no amount of suce on my chicken sandwich, only got the sandwich for the sauce to go with my fries
Above average. Lots of highschoolers as it is directly across the street from local high school. Generally helpful and seem generally well trained for the job. Head and shoulders above the one down the street.
THE Slowest McDonald's in Michigan hands down. I have had McDonald's all over including overseas and this location on Davison road in Flint is the Worst. I expect shortages on the Island of Maui, but this one takes the cake. Drink machines, Ice cream machines, other defects or deficiencies are the Norm here. Today I went to the drive thru for an Ice Cream treat for my Grandkids and discover that the McFlurry had Downsized to a smaller yellow cup. Not the bigger cup I purchased a year ago. I asked "Is this due to the Pandemic, why is it So McTeeny"? I was told they've Always been this size....? No or I would've bought a dessert for the kids at the restaurant and paid another dollar for a Real dessert, not this cup of McNothing. I don't live far from here and I hear the Daily complaining and car horns honking in Total displeasure. Do yourselves a favor and Steer clear from this one. Dort Hwy will get your order wrong to you in half the time, and Stewart street will Beat them Both with good service/product. Shame on the District Stupervision for letting this one tarnish the Memory of decent food and service!!
This morning I got a hot caramel macchiato and it was SO good that it prompted me to have to give this store a 5 star, I wish I knew who made it to even thank them. Also, I come here often and haven’t had any problems with my food.
