I was blown away today by the customer service I received here. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate a child in our parties request.
The staff is rude as hell, they messed up 3 of my sandwiches, one being a spicy chicken with just meat and sauce on the bun, chicken was old, half cooked, pickles on the bun, bun was burnt. 3x I handed this sandwich back ( not allowed to take ANYTHING BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW INTO KITCHEN AREA) the rude window lady without gloves touched the bare food, took it kitchen had pickles picked off the bun, handed back 2nd and 3rd time I asked for a new sandwich that wasn't old raw and burnt I was told by window person she didn't feel it was a burnt bun and that's just how they serve their chicken. The bacon McDonald's the meat was old and dried out as well, I called to speak to the manager that was listening and watching to get no resolution for the issues. I have worked food 15yrs I am a certified chef and managed many restaurants and fast food places. And this is by far the worst experience and response to a food complaint, and didn't care they were feeding old raw chicken to a 8yr old.
Horrible , rude, couldn't get the order right! When told the order wasn't correct at the menu sign . She said I know and turn mic off??? Then they didn't use rewards code given to them and said, nothing they could do . But told us we could pull around and get back in line, which at this point was packed ...... Cut our losses & left . food was so old and mangled just threw it away very disappointed.....
Worst costumer service I have ever seen. I work retail and I would nvr come at my costumers the way the manager came at us. We use this McDonald's everyday and use the same coupon on the app. Today they did it wrong and refused to fix it and refund our money. So rude! When we called to speak to someone they were very unprofessional. Noone in my family will ever use this McDonald's again. It's bad enough it would take 20 min or more to get a breakfast sandwich. Everyday!!!
They was just horrible I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still put it wrong the. They asked me to pull up to wait for my order and end up sitting there for 20 minutes then I called and called 5 times before anyone answered just for them not be able to hear due to the phone being dropped in grease.
They don't ever get anything correct. They are always out of expresso and, well, you're better off going to a sit down and getting your food faster.
Stopped by this afternoon to grab a soda and a couple of ice cream cones as a treat before running an errand. When we pulled into the parking lot one car pulled in right in front of us and there were only a few other cars in the parking lot. I pulled right up to the speaker to order and a young girl said to order anytime. Since I knew exactly what we wanted I started to order only to have the employee taking the order talking to someone in the background. She asked me to repeat my order so I did. I pulled around and paid then moved to the next window. A very nice young lady handed me a cone then the soda and told me to have a good day. I told her I still needed another cone. She informed me that I had only paid for one, and I told her I ordered two. I grabbed my wallet to pay for another one and she went to talk to the manager. She came back and told me they were too busy to ring up another cone. I reminded her that I ordered two because there were two of us, and while I understood there had been a mistake I still wanted another ice cream cone. The girl went back and talked to the manager who had a nasty look on her face and then the girl and the manager came back to the window. The manager proceeded to tell me that I had only ordered one, that they always ask customers to verify the order is correct on the screen, (which they didn’t) so I could have corrected the error. She continued to want yo argue and even began raising her voice at me. She finally said “Fine, I will get you a cone, pull ahead.” She then proceeded to slam the drive through window. Customer service is everything to me. I will forgive almost anything and go with the flow if there is good customer service. All she had to do was take my money and get me another cone. A quick sorry would for the mistake would have been nice and off I would have gone on my way. Instead, she was argumentative, rude, and set a very poor example for the young people in her charge. I feel sorry for the young people working there as they do not have a positive role model to look up to for what is probably many of their first jobs. Sam Cox, the owner, stated in an interview that he likes to hire young adults who have completed the Teen Quest program because they come in ready to work, have more job skills than other new hires and they have a good work ethic. I applaud him for reaching out to such a great program for perspective employees who have taken the time to better themselves. Perhaps he needs to see if his manager on duty at about 5:15 on 4/20/22 is eligible to participate in the Teen Quest program to learn the skills needed to be a successful and positive manager.
The food was hot and cooked as ordered. The employees were very polite as Ic they worked for tips. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a longtime at a McDonald's thank you all for wanting to be at work!
Wait time at this place is ridiculous. If the food was hot and fresh when we got it that would be one thing. And get everything we ordered. I have only lived in this area since December and have already determined that I would rather fo the extra mile & 1/2 to the next McDonald's then deal with the attitude I received today and other days I have been there. And I live two blocks away. Sad that the bad outway the good points in this location. And from the reviews I have read, not the only person who has had these issues.
This is literally the slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to. I always have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes. And don't even think about going after midnight. They're the slowest ever!!
