I ordered 4 QPs ,2 hambers, 3 large fries. Got home and 1 QP was missing. What was supposed to be 3 large fries was actually maybe if maybe medium fries put in large box. The fries tasted old. Yet when I called to make a complaint was told.... ( WHY DO PPL KEEP COMING HERE IF WE MAKING SO MANY MISTAKES AND THE FRIES WAS GROSS! WHY WOULD YOU WANT IT REPLACED JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELES?) I WAS SO PUT OFF BY THAT I WAS SCARED TO HAVE MY FOOD REPLACED OUT OF FEAR SOMEONE WOULD MESS WITH THE FOOD. THIS PERSON CLAIMED A MANAGER WAS NOT AT THE STORE. I DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK THERE AND SAY SOMETHING. BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THEM REMEMBERING ME AND PLAYING WITH MY NECT ORDER. I GUESS THIS IS WHAT MCDONALD'S HAS COME TOO.
I ordered a small coffee & returned it because the coffee taste like water even after adding my espresso I specifically asked them to give me a refund if they didn’t haven’t have a better pot of coffee the older heavy set white lady that wears the burgundy shirt told me that they she would give me a different coffee with a rude attitude! Well it was the same exact coffee water! My only issue is they charge more than most McDonald’s & got the nerve to constantly give out trashy food & customer service! This is by far not the 1st I had bad experiences here but it most definitely will be my last!
Don’t mind that star up their bc their don’t deserve it. ZERO STARS, Order always wrong I work next door so I go bc it’s convenient but it’s not worth it. They’re never open the time they supposed to me, you’ll just be sitting at the speaker. The staff is disrespectful and so is the manager I asked for a refund bc everything on my order was wrong and she have slapped my money back in my hand.
The food is better than 8years ago. I bought fries their and it feels like they used a very old oil to make it and I couldn't eat it so I stopped eating their food, I start eating their food this year again and I realize that is much better than the las time. They have best staff now.
Never open when they say they are, rude trash that works here will cuss you out for asking when they will be open
This morning overpaid to purchase the wrong thing. Went back to return it and get the proper food and change back for which we didn't receive the entire food back that we ordered and the food we got back was cold, sloppy, and undercooked. Called to discuss this with the manager and she hung up on us! This is what customer service has come to???
Honestly, this location in Flint is the best McDonald's ever. They are always fast, accurate and nice. I've never had a problem here. Food is always fresh and people are on point.
Went down hill can never get fresh food or they just slop it together and don't season it enough when cooking if at all. Y'all got raises and the food got worse
I had a pretty complicated order… a $100 order… they got everything right!!!! LETS GO!! all too often you cannot count on fast food to be done correctly since it is over a microphone and other factors, BUT they got it all correct!! It’s a great McD’s!! NOM NOM!
The people were nice when I got there there was a long line your people got it they are doing their jobs waited about 10 15 minutes my food was all hot they forgot my pickles but how I was treated makes up for my missing pickles
