Absolutely terrible service. Very unfriendly staff. Tried to order two hot n ready. Was told 30 min wait for the pizzas. Total bs since they were dead and it only takes 10 mint to cook the pizza. This particular location is operated very poorly. Try Bobs right next door such better quality and friendly service
This location never has 'hot N' ready' pizzas. Never. Makes me wonder what the hell the employees do all day.
They left me on hold for almost 16 minutes, so I hung up. Usually, they put me on hold and then hang up on me.Their pizza has been getting worse for the past 2 years. The crust is getting thinner, and the toppings fewer. Last time I ordered extra toppings, and it barely looked like a normal amount. The Little Caesars on Richfield and Coggins is even worse. They don't even bother answering the phone sometimes, have even fewer toppings, and the crust is sometimes cardboard thin.
Pizza and wings were good quality overall. I did not receive my sauce for my breadsticks and I also waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. I had a portal pickup and yet I was told to pick it up from the counter
Decent service, I would suggest ordering online and using the portal or a hot n ready may not be so ready
Ordered 2 Stromboli's was told it was a 30 minute wait I was fine with that I even gave them more time I got to the store 55 minutes after I ordered paid for my food tobe told your not going to like this it's not made yet it will be 15 more minutes .
trying to place a large order for my classroom of 30 kids. The website and app does not recognize my schools address and I can't place the order over the phone. Regrettably ordering from another company.
Still currently waiting... This is the second time we have had an issue with this store. It's not the employees fault but they had people quit and only have 2 people working. Another time there was only one employee working because of the same issue and they are just severely backed up with orders.
Today I put in an order for a simple 8pc buffalo wing. The worker on the phone took my name for pickup order and I said “J” we even had a little cackle about the name I gave him and he said it’ll be 20 min. My bf went to pick up my wings only to be told my order wasn’t there maybe it was at another one of the many locations on that same street but when I double checked to see where I ordered from by typing the number of the location I ordered at on google, that very location showed up so I’d like to say I found that very disrespectful and I was hangry so choose a different little caesars location might save some hanger and time. #PointlessLocation
Uncoordinated, unprofessional, poor communication. The top three things that come to mind after my latest experience there.Like how are you gonna make me wait in the lobby for a Hot and ready and sell it to someone else the minute it's done. Incompetent employees and management.Save yourself from a garbage experience and drive to any of the other locations within a 2 mi radius of this one.
