Will not go back to Linden Rd ever! I placed an order in the drive through and was asked to pull to the front lot due to pizza in the oven. After 20 mins I went inside to ask how long it would be. The lady was very rude after I got upset because she told me there were no pizzas in the oven. I asked do you have a system to keep track of orders.. she replied I will put it in now I was outside when you placed your order… so after 40 mins I go back inside she slides the pizza to me without a word or apology for taking so long.. very unprofessional and rude. Get home for my food to be cold never again!!
Consistently the worst Little Caesars in the state. Always something when you decide to visit. I come back because I love disappointment.
On today's visit to the Linden rd. location, I thought that it was closed, but there was a worker or 2 in there but NO ONE was taking orders or even coming to the window. I ordered online, and even though I placed my order, the site kept kicking my off every time I tried to complete my order. They are normally dependable but not today, as I had to drive cross town to the Dort hwy. location, which did an excellent job.
Bread sticks weren't done when I arrived. Waited 20 minutes for them so the pizza was cold when I got it home, but the bread was awesome.
I have not been disappointed yet with this location. Food Piping hot out the oven as I like it!
Haven't been there in a while and I forgot how great there hot and ready pizza is and you can't beat the price.

I don't know when customer service became so hard but dang... What a waste of money every single time. Bad service, messed up food.. never again.
Food is fine if you go through the drive through or order on the app, but you can't order the Stromboli online and they NEVER answer the phone. We have called numerous times and they have only answered one time and then put us on hold for over 15 mins before we finally hung up. We usually end up going to the one 2 miles away bc they answer the phone.
My order came out to $22.89 and I handed the guy a $15 gift card and a 20 dollar bill and instead of running the gift card first. He ran the cash first and only used the rest on my gift card. I need gas and he told me there was nothing can do
