The worse establishment I have ever seen, you would think they would have good staff and management with how new the building is and how much they make but apparently that's not good enough. Truly pathetic and sad.
Went there during lunch hoping everything would be fresh. Chicken tasted like old grease and no flavor. I used to love KFC but it's just not the same anymore.
EVERYTIME I ordered I get the wrong food and today I try call just so they can fix it for 1st they don’t answer!!! I get it fast food hard sometimes I used to be a GM of dominoes! But come on to keep messing up food order given me food I don’t want is waste of my money and your time!
Awful! Rude staff, lies about "deals" (no $20 "deal") looks like chicken wings welded to breaststroke and no recipe so no way to file a formal complaint! Upsold the $20 for a $25 which actually cost $37.62. Hmm..... no way taxes make is $12 more. Will not return!!!
Approached drive through and told me they didn’t open till 12pm . Cool, no problem. Waited until 12 and returned to window . It’s almost 12:28 and I’m still waiting on my food . All I ordered was two chicken sandwiches. This is completely ridiculous!!!!!! There is no way fast food is not FAST FOOD! The customer service was good. But the wait time is not cool.
They are only getting 1 star, cuz I had to select 1. I placed an order through DoorDash, the dasher was on their property, waiting for my food for over 40 minutes. They parked her in the parking lot, she witnessed over 40 cars pass through. She called the store, inquiring about the order, & they claimed it was just finished. When I called, they tried telling me the dasher wasn't even at the business (which I knew was a lie, considering it shows you on doordash when the dasher arrives at the store). When the dasher finally delivered the food, my order was not complete. I then placed a call again, the same girl answered, & tried telling me the only item I was missing was mashed potatoes & gravy. I was missing a complete meal, along with 2 other sides. When I asked what her name was, she hung up on me. So I called back to talk to a manger, only for them to not answer my calls. So I then used a different phone to call from, they answered & claimed I was talking to the manager. Not 1 time did they try to make anything right, so I have since contacted the corporate office & this location will be dealt with. So my advice, don't waste your time or money on this business. They deserve to be shut down completely....
8 piece, taters n gravy, slaw, biscuits. You know what you are getting, and it is good.Dort and Lapeer location is a good one. Service as well.
Their staff is awesome. Also, The spicy chicken sandwiches are thick and delicious!
They were young kids and my food was incorrect after asking them to repeat it. They could use some customer service and the other 2 meals were ok but my meal had different chicken and it was really dark
Stopped by on my way home. It sounded good for dinner. I asked for a bucket of extra crispy spicy but asked if I could get 1 leg and another piece as original and placed in a separate bag. That didn't happen. Bummer ? But the other friends enjoyed their meal of spicy. Said it was good. I did get mashed potatoes and gravy plus Cole slaw also a biscuit for my dinner which were good too. I hadn't bought a bucket in a long time $28 is the cost without drinks just so you know. $$
