Good food and a great friendly staff. Vary helpful will do what they can for you. The Court St. Store is the best.
When I started coming here, there were 1 or 2 people working. They were always friendly and helpful. Came in today, 4 people working and no one wanted to help. They all seemed to busy joking and singing to be bothered. I finally said something. Should have just left. Won't be back.
Nearly every time I order from this location, there are ALWAYS problems. Just placed an order for delivery and it took them an hour and 40 minutes just to deliver 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and 2 cookies.

I love the flint location! Amazing workers always so friendly and so kind! Fresh bread at all times and neatly made sandwiches. Super clean store everything always looks perfect. I 100% recommended this place to anyone who’s looking for a great sub in and cleanly and friendly environment!!
My favorite Jimmy John’s to go to! Workers are extremely nice, work fast, and efficient! Payton is an amazing worker!!! My food always tastes amazing & gets done fast.
3☆ the cashier was awesome. 1st time @JJ. Won't go back. Literally had to search for the tuna on my sandwich, I thought they forgot it but it was there. Also ordered an 8"roastbeef that literally had 1 thin slice of beef...tons of Lettuce....the bread was almost as thin as the Roastbeef.
This is my first time at this particular JJ's and I think this is the most disappointed I've been with a fast food place in quite some time. The food didn't taste bad, but both orders were poorly made. One sandwich had plenty of stuff on it but they added things I didn't ask for, and the second order barely had enough meat to be considered an actual sandwich. I am pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but if I am going to spend $25 on a couple of sandwiches I would really like what I ordered and for them both to be fully made. The people who served us were really pleasant and super nice though.
If you order delivery, good luck. 9/10 they don't have a driver and if they do your food will arrive an hour later and soggy. When you go inside the staff is young, I barely get greeted and the cashiers look like they're about to have an anxiety attack if you ask them for anything beyond clicking buttons. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I'm not sure where managment is at, but they sure aren't there.
Store runs slow so of course they won’t have drivers. don’t blame them for not having employees when business is slow. Have patients. Service is great and people who work there are great as well!
