I ordered for ASAP delivery at 11 am. By moon nothing, drove to the store where my food was just sitting there but was told it was with the driver. Spoke with manager and GM who decided to refund my order. 3 weeks later nothing. Spoke with owner Todd on Wednesday says the refund is in place only to wake up and see no in fact they charged my card again. This is awful. Out almost 80 bucks because of their negligence. Will never eat here again nor will I encourage anyone else too

Over an hour for delivery. Called after 50 minutes and was told, "oh, our driver won't be back for 20 minutes, do you still want it?" Never again.
Pulled into their drive-thru at 6:52pm to place an order to go and was told they were closed due to being out of bread and I would only be able to order a lettuce wrap.

Horrible Customer Service and Delivery is super slow. Multiple times where I have ordered and it took over an hour to receive my food.
Called a half hour before closing to place an order for pickup. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and also mentioned they closed at 7 pm tonight. I live around the corner, which I told him and he then took my order and said it would be done in just a few minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately as I was entering and the employees were very friendly! I highly recommend this location, always friendly, fast and gets my order correct EVERY time.
They are known to be slow, but food is fine.
Not freaky fast... Ordered food at 1140am and still waiting for delivery. Happened last time I ordered also... Took about 45mins to get my sub delivered.
