Have really enjoyed Jet's Pizza in the past, but wasn't impressed at all today. Part of it was my fault as I forgot to order my pizza with a flavored crust. Another reason for my lower rating though is that the person who waited on me seemed to have an attitude with me. I'm pretty good at reading people and I certainly detected an unfriendly manner, both while ordering and picking up. Last, their prices have increased and it's almost not worth it anymore. $40 for lunch for 2 pizzas plus a tip is over the top on my budget.
Very possibly the friendliest and most dependable pizza place in the area. Their Detroit style pizza has the crust nailed!
Didn't eat just had some pickup orders there but customer service was Good.
Okay, this is going to be short and simple. Jet’s Detroit style is some of the best pizza money can buy, and I am a veritable aficionado having run a gourmet pizza parlor as a much younger man. Excellent.
Wish I could give zero stars. Bought cheesy bread (4-2021) and ate some about 7 at night (The only other thing I ate was a piece of toast 10 hours earlier). Woke up at 3 am with severe cramps. What followed was severe vomiting and everything else that goes along with food poisoning. I am not kidding when I say I thought I might die. I was sick in bed for 3 days and missed work on the fourth day which was Monday.I called and the manager was basically a jerk. The very least they could have done was refund my money. But they didn't. I called corporate who informed me since it was owned by a individual I would have to email him. Which I did and of course received no answer. My food poisoning from Jets on Linden road was the worst in my life.
