The girls here have no personality, don't smile or even try to pretend like they are a server. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had, if I could remember the bartenders name with blonde hair and glasses I'd call her out on here for having the personality of an acorn. Sad a bunch of kinda decent looking girls running around like they are hot or something. Hire better girls or make them smile and act like they want to be there or fire them.
Food wasn't bad. Screens everywhere too watch whatever sports that where on at the time. Friendly staff. Three different people stopped to ask if everything was alright just because they were walking by. That's on top of my server checking in on me. The drinks are really good.
This is not easy to write. They were short staffed and I am usually VERY forgiving in those situations because I personally have been there. But this wasn't just staffing issues. This is poor management and poor training.The girls were beyond overwhelmed. The kitchen staff was unorganized.After waiting 30 minutes for food, only one meal was brought out. About 20 minutes later a second plate was brought out. By this time we said just box up the other three meals because we were ready to go. 15 minutes later we get the other three meals. I had to ask for a box for the wings from the first meal and of course we have to wait for that and our change which was another 10 minutes.Obviously never got any refills on drinks. Checked up on one time. It was just such a terrible experience. And I do really feel terrible for the staff because it must be awful working somewhere with zero organization or experienced management.
Went there for first time. Was not busy. They told us sit ourselves on one side of room. We took both. Waitress came over very quickly and asked us drink selections. Then gave us a few minutes to look at menu and see what we wanted. Came back with drinks put our orders in. Waited a little bit for the food to be cooked. Then a different Waitress brought our food. My girl ordered long Island ice tea and dint like it. Exchanged or ordered a bloody marry. Boy I kinda feel bad for the girls those shorts have gotten smaller. Shows off more of there butts. Like they must have wedgie all day.After getting our food the Waitress came over and asked how the food was. Then a few minutes later asked if we wanted to ring up. I thought she was trying to get rid of us fast by asking about the bill. They had lots of tvs with different sporting events going on.
They have definitely improved their philly... actually filled the sandwhich.. and they got The best cheesecake in town... if u don't wanna go.. get it delivered people... I absolutely love their cheesecake going on for over 10 years now.
Great food, I had sliders. Fast service and a warm friendly atmosphere.
I frequent this place. I always receive good service and good quality food. The servers are very courteous and immaculate!
Food was average would have gave it 3.5 stars.The only reason this is 5 stars is because Pearl is the absolute best! Super friendly and kind and made the whole meal delightful. Recommended a few things on the menu was quick with service and made me laugh! Keep up the good work Pearl.

Went there on a daddy/ daughter night as she loves there boneless garlic parmesan ones. I being from Buffalo am a huge Wings fan. Hard to find good ones around where I am at. Decided to go with Hooters as I have been a loyal customer since I first moved to Florida back in the early 90's. The waitress was great, very personable and quick to help out*sidenote* she was the only waitress working and was busting her hump to appease everyone. My daughters food was brought out first, everything with hers was great. She felt bad, I told her to go ahead as I was sure my food would be out shortly. So she brings my wings out. As she sets them down,I notice they are wrong. I ordered roasted, garlic habenaro dry rub.I received wings covered in some type of sauce. She apologizes and takes it back to get corrected. So I watch her take them back and observes the cook drop them into the fryer( to remove the sauce im assuming). In less than 2 minutes she brings them back out. Hungry I said whatever and started to eat them. Then I noticed all the oil on the plate (again didn't care as I was hungry) Felt like I was chewing beef Jerky. Then I picked up a wing and if I did not know any better. I would swear someone had taken a huge bite out of it. Then I picked up another wing/drumette or whatever it was. I have never seen anything like it in my life. It was black and I had no idea what it was. The waitress saw something was wrong and immediately came over. When I showed her ,she was also disturbed. She was very apologetic and offered to get me something else. At that point I told her no thank you as I no longer had a appetite. She did remove it from the bill. Whoever the manager was did absolutely nothing but sat in the corner playing on his phone. I will never return to this location again. So unprofessional on the managers part to not even apologize or anything. On a side note, my daughter was happy with hers and we made sure we left a big tip for the waitress. She was doing her job and the job of at least to others. Shame on the management.* Follow up. Had a very pleasant conversation with Kevin, he was very understanding and apologetic. He has offered to redo our evening on his dime. Will follow up, when we go back.
