Ten minutes to make 2 burgers on top of the ten minutes waited in the drive thru.Dude behind the speaker asked the same question on what I've already said a couple times.This place has #1 for wait time on fast food, I've never waited this long in any drive thru
This place was a mess. Drive thru was really long so we went inside. These people were so lost, they were mixing up orders and making people's food incorrectly. Drink machine was broken too. Staff even yelled at a customer with who's order they made wrong twice.But my food was good.
Always order Deluxe with olive cheese x mayo. NEVER GET THAT! I repeat it and so do they and give me somthing else
Love the double Q burger with olives. But man prices on eating out have gone sky high..
Seems as though they're more interested in earning a paycheck than delivering Fine Food probably my least favorite Halo Burger location
The jamocha shake was horrible, wasted money when it tasted like vanilla Won't be coming back for sure.
It looks closed??♂️ they should probably at least get a OPEN sign.. We pulled out just to pull in taco bell line and see a car at the window.. We did leave the Taco Bell line and go back to order food cause my girl really wanted a olive burger??♂️
Took around 30 minutes for 3 cars. Last two times i went there they forgot the cheese curds, which added another ten minutes. Then found I received a single after paying for a double. Horrible service.
It was terrible and good wasn't real hot...and the pop machine in dining room didn't work...And they made myself and my husband feel like we shouldn't ask for a refill...Won't go back for a long time..or we will go back to the one in downtown Flint!!!
We've eaten at other Halo locations and loved it. I had a couple people with me who never had it, so we stopped. The dining room was closed, which wasn't a huge surprise. There was a sign on the drive through menu hand written said no pop/soda sorr (Yes, no y). So we ordered food, and went to the gas Station for drinks.Although the cheese curds were hot, done just right and tasted great, the burgers and fries weren't. Big disappointment. The fies, half done. The burgers were room temp, literally. The buns were cold, and had like moisture. I think they just came out of a freezer shortly before serving.This isn't typical of Halo, and probably isn't typical of this location either, but was our experience that day. Rough first impression for my family members traveling with me.
