Incredibly nice staff, very genuine people. Food was amazing and we didn’t wait long for it. Good portion sizes and nice calm environment. 10/10 would recommend :)
I love El Potrero it’s one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I usually get their chimichanga dinner with extra cheese sauce it’s really good and they have watermelon margaritas there that I always get too. I just love this place. They have really decent lunch special prices too. And you get the chips and salsa free to start out while you’re waiting for your meal. Fabulous place for a family dinner. Thanks El Potrero!!

Had a great experience going for lunch with my 2 kids and my mother. Having a daughter who is very picky eater and not knowing what to eat our waitress was amazing explaining food to her and was able to help her choose what to eat and it was perfect size for her not everything extra she would not eat. She was great when asked what she prefers and the best meals for sharing.The restaurant was very beautiful inside. And the specials they have are great prices. Will return I will say best Mexican food I've had in a long time.
The staff here are the best. Always super friendly, and just a great overall energy. I love coming in to deliver for them. They never give off that “I hate delivery people” vibe that we get in so many places.
THERE RESTAURANT IS A SCAM!! One of the biggest let downs I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they not answer their phones they keep you waiting when they give you a pick up time and I’m not talking about a 15 minute wait I’m talking about a 30 minute wait. A 30 minute wait for cold food no silverware no rice no sauce on my burrito like I ordered it with it literally comes on the burrito on the menu. It’s not that freaking hard. I will never buy from this place ever again. Also on top of that they added a four dollar charge for a thing of cheese that was so small you guys need to stop scamming people!!!
We have been going to El Potrero for years. With that being said we will no longer go there. We took our granddaughter there for her 18th birthday on Sunday, we were all so disappointed in the food. The rice was beyond dry, I ordered a chicken chimichanga that was so dry I couldn’t eat it. There were 6 of us and out of the 6 of us my granddaughter ate her bean burrito that had to be sent back the 1st time because it came out covered in mushrooms. We were told that was the normal way for bean burritos. This is not the same Mexican restaurant we used to go to.
I've probably dined there over 20 times over the last 3-4 years. Always great food and very generous portions. I have never left there disappointed.
My favorite traditional Mexican restaurant by far. Their food is excellent and everything is reasonably priced. I no longer live in the area but make sure to stop in for their fajitas when ever I'm near by. Better than any chain Mexican restaurant.
We had great service! The server was very personable and made good recommendations too. Everyone in my group enjoyed all of their food! When we're up in Grand Blanc again, we'll definitely go there again!
