They don’t care. They don’t care if your orders wrong, they don’t care to deliver your order, they don’t care to make it right, they don’t even care to answer the phone. Ordered online delivery, realized I put the wrong phone number so I called to fix the phone number, answered and said they fixed it. It’s now been over 2 hours with no pizza, tried calling several times to no answer. Every single time I order from this location this happens. Try to give it the benefit of the doubt since it’s been months since I’ve tried to order here again, and the experience didn’t change. This is not only the worst dominos location, this is the worst food service location I’ve ever seen.
I was able to place my order and pay for it through the app. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the place was closed, but, the order app was still on, and had charged my card. SMH.
I ordered online from Pierson road and the food was horrible and very greasy. It was only one person working by himself at this location.. Definitely a waste of money...
I called and order pizza my husband picked it up got home it was made wrong i tried to call for hours and noone answered the phone. I contacted corporate and not a reply.. i will not return to this dominos.. i drive from flushing to clio now!
Good pizza! Got to get the handmade pan! Did a mobile order and it was done on time for my pickup. Pizza was made with love!
Placed order 6:09 Delivered 7:35, missing dip which I paid for, food was warm and my wife wanted hers microwaved, so pizza was hotter. Did call at 6:20 to ask about is there an issue and was told “Our driver took 3 deliveries with him will be there shortly” 15 minutes later he was. Disappointed been here only 8 months thought would try this Dominos nothing like the one where I used to live. Don’t order delivery from them better to pick up yourself and check the order in case you ordered extra dipping sauce, and it’s not there.
Tried on line like I have forever…..multi times. Just spun and site would not work. Re put in my order many times. Had to download app to try to get mydinner. Almost gave up. APP would not take my password after multi attempts it finally did. WorkedFor Website but not APP ?? Why ?? Then… had trouble getting my free pizza. What a hassle.
Hot and delicious. I can’t eat much red sauce , so I ordered a pan w garlic parm sauce and toppings, pasta bread bowl w extra butter and med pepperoni pizza. Customer service was very nice!
Ordered pizza on the mobile app. App takes my money. Tracker goes through the steps and says the pizza is ready. Get to the store and there are 8 employees hanging out by the front door saying they are closed. No offer of a refund or a call this number for assistance. Quite disappointed in that experience.
The pieces are very good there as well as the brownies. I appreciate that they can bring your food out to your car as well. I also appreciate their coupons such as the two items for 599 each.
